- SpaceDreamer, on 11/29/2007, -9/+230wow... if women could read, they would find these ads offensive
- WordsnCollision, on 11/29/2007, -19/+207Today it's men who are so often depicted as hair-brained or downtrodden. Of course, that's OK...
- Jimbob200, on 11/29/2007, -4/+83The coffee/spanking one got me a little hard.
- mokayogi, on 11/29/2007, -3/+81I still spank women..... is that wrong?
- inactive, on 11/29/2007, -5/+74Mine can read the knobs on the stove now!
- JigoroKano, on 11/29/2007, -14/+61I often wonder, what will future people single out as disgusting when looking back at us... aside from the homophobia.
- missmorgie, on 11/29/2007, -3/+50My husband told me that all women are subject to a good spanking if the coffee is stale!
- inactive, on 11/29/2007, -1/+45if they let you...I don't see the problem. :)
- inactive, on 11/29/2007, -1/+43Haven't times changed! Now you have to pay a woman to spank her.
- wild, on 11/29/2007, -1/+40she lets me, too!
- mokayogi, on 11/29/2007, -4/+43I didn't know blow up dolls could do that!
- srslyfkd, on 11/29/2007, -3/+37***** political correctness.
- lordtyros, on 11/29/2007, -13/+41I'm a masculinist and I feel that these ads are hilarious and accurate.
- Kronos6948, on 11/29/2007, -1/+28I know...just watch any of today's sitcoms, and you'll see a bumbling idiot for a man. Thanks Dick Van Dyke!
- inactive, on 11/29/2007, -12/+39Immigrants come into a country legally. Illegal aliens come in to a country illegally.
Mexican immigrants are treated well. Mexican illegal immigrants are treated appropriately and better than if they were illegal aliens in Mexico.
Please shoot yourself at your earliest convenience. - Adamande, on 11/29/2007, -6/+33Awww, the poor men in those ads. Can't cook, can't clean, can't really do anything to care for themselves, and if they can't get anyone else to do it they apparently resort to violence immediately. Don't understand why guys would accept the use of those politically incorrect man-bashing ads ;-)
- inactive, on 11/29/2007, -2/+28maybe you should practice seppuku Keep trying until you get it right.
- dshPls, on 11/29/2007, -0/+26I feel oppressed!
- topace3000, on 11/29/2007, -2/+28"1946: Women are seen as indecisive, trying to squeeze into something too small, worried someone else is wearing the same dress and then taking it back to the shop."
Oh how little we've changed - inactive, on 11/29/2007, -7/+29God, why couldn't i be 30 in the 1950's?...
- CZzyzx41, on 11/29/2007, -3/+23Well I'm ***** glad. I'd ***** hate to ***** have you ***** disappointed.
- Daggity, on 11/29/2007, -0/+19Help help, I'm being repressed!
- topace3000, on 11/29/2007, -1/+20The obsessive political correctness to the point that we're worrying about what future people will think of us.
- natdowner, on 11/29/2007, -2/+20I find the ads funny. They're very 'politically incorrect' but that's how things were back then. It's amusing to know that companies actually published ads like that and people were ok with them lol.
- mokayogi, on 11/29/2007, -4/+21One day Alice, one day.... Bam!! Pow!!! Straight to the moon!
- Spoomeister, on 11/29/2007, -2/+18Of course it is. We still get all the money.
- mokayogi, on 11/29/2007, -0/+15I like your attitude.
- dehnomac, on 11/29/2007, -5/+20Why did the woman cross the road?
Because a man told her to. :) - warrenterr, on 11/29/2007, -1/+15I don't see anything wrong with the one that has women shopping for clothes, that's how it often is compared to men. I used to work at retail clothing for many years, and worked both women and men's department, and the difference is noticeable.
- inactive, on 11/29/2007, -3/+16Hows your vajay-jay doin?
- Spoomeister, on 11/29/2007, -2/+14Boy, the way Glenn Miller played. Songs that made the Hit Parade.
Guys like us, we had it made. Those were the days.
And you know who you were then. Girls were girls and men were men.
Mister, we could use a man like Herbert Hoover again.
Didn't need no welfare state. Everybody pulled his weight.
Gee, our old LaSalle ran great. Thooooose werrrrre thhhhheeee daaaaaaaays. - inactive, on 11/29/2007, -3/+15Today, it's white men that are often depicted as oafish or stupid while black men are depicted as smart and intelligent.
Try to find any commercial with those cast of characters to the contrary.
Any commercial with a goofy character will be played by a white guy. - Urusai, on 11/29/2007, -2/+13It's legal to kill a Welshman with a bow after nightfall, I hear.
- abeg, on 11/29/2007, -0/+11That reminds me I got to get my suit pressed
- mlwarrior, on 11/29/2007, -3/+13Because this is digg.
- inactive, on 11/29/2007, -5/+15That's nothing! Just yesterday mine was able to read and comprehend the directions on the box and actually cook it too! An exciting advancement indeed.
- scott2007, on 11/29/2007, -4/+14I think they're funny too but I'm kind of surprised how many women today still behave like the stereotypes depicted in some of these ads.
- diggface5000, on 11/29/2007, -0/+9I thought the mini ad was saying it's so simple nichole richie can do it... but i guess it was from 1970...
- Regarius, on 11/29/2007, -0/+9Of all these comments, mine is the best
- CraigJ, on 11/29/2007, -0/+9Not if you do it right...

- ruthless34, on 11/29/2007, -6/+13How many feminists does it take to change a light bulb?
doesn't matter, feminists can't change anything. - dshPls, on 11/29/2007, -0/+7Damnit, you've made me depressed.
- thcobbs, on 11/29/2007, -2/+9Its her way of not feeling guilty from our "lunches".
- wellyuk, on 11/29/2007, -1/+7Come on guys, give it a rest.
- trogdor282, on 11/29/2007, -1/+7Wow, I didn't know the first astronauts were so fat!
- soopaflyTNT, on 11/29/2007, -1/+7This might upset my wife but luckily I don't allow her to visit Digg!
- vulapine, on 11/29/2007, -1/+7It's "harebrained", not "hair-brained". Just file that away for when you need it again.
- KingGorilla, on 11/29/2007, -0/+6Kellog's PEP is what I suggest!
- dshPls, on 11/29/2007, -0/+5Just watch Two and a Half Men. Or don't actually... because the show sucks ass.
