- nepalikakro, on 02/20/2008, -0/+0You should have stopped and told the manager, "Urine need of a name change!"
- Awspire, on 02/20/2008, -7/+2The best one I ever saw was shown on Americas Funniest Videos. It was the name of a lawyer firm, which went something like:
Dewie, Chetum, & Howe- nepalikakro, on 02/20/2008, -0/+0It's Dewey, Cheatham & Howe. That's the name of the fake law firm of the Tappet Brothers (Car Talk - a radio show on NPR) and is displayed in their window in Harvard Square.
- ronmexico, on 02/21/2008, -0/+1It's older than that. I believe they used it in an episode of The Three Stooges.

- woofers07, on 02/20/2008, -0/+6They have Kum and Go's in Montana, it pisses me off everytime I see them when I go back home to visit. I mean seriously, who thought that was okay? Why not 'Come and Go' nothin wrong with that. I would have loved to be sitting in the room when the marketing team suggested that name, It's a chain just like ampm, so a fairly large amount of thought had to go into it, with multiple people okaying it. WTF?
/end rant- Awspire, on 02/20/2008, -1/+2"I would have loved to be sitting in the room when the marketing team suggested that name"
The derogatory reference is typically spelled with a 'C', and their slogan is spelled with a 'K', so I'd say they were well aware of its slang, hence their modified spelling. Though, I still would have gone with something else as a slogan. - PatNolan, on 02/20/2008, -0/+2And the name predated your twisted thoughts.
- tanside, on 02/20/2008, -0/+3here's an answer to the spelling of the name, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kum_%26_Go
- sloppjyoe890, on 02/20/2008, -0/+0Do you want to know Kum and Go's company slogan?

- Awspire, on 02/20/2008, -1/+2"I would have loved to be sitting in the room when the marketing team suggested that name"
- hobbitsareneat, on 02/20/2008, -1/+2I love Mandells Shooting Supplies that has a picture of a teddy bear holding a syringe.
- hartley, on 02/20/2008, -0/+2That syringe is a gun.
- spritom, on 02/20/2008, -0/+1I've been to Mandell's several times. They closed up shop a couple years ago.

- tanside, on 02/21/2008, -0/+173 cents for what in 2001? if you meant gasoline, and you mean 73 cents American, you must have lived in a special place where gasoline was half off for 2001 then.
