- kim1968, on 01/21/2009, -0/+0we have been trying to get a modification with Saxon since late july and they kept asking for a lot of money upfront and we were not guaranteed a modification. So we waited for 10/1 with the hope for homeowners laws and hired somebody to help us and put a package together ( our monthly financials etc ). It is now 1/21 and our file has been on 3 peoples desks and nobody has looked at it and now we are down to just 3 weeks before the sale date???? What can I do who can take this higher than somebody making 8 bucks an hour deciding on your most valued possession in life???? kkelly22@verizon.net
- Mario122008, on 12/12/2008, -0/+0Saxon Mortgage is different when it comes to loan modifications. Our firm has recently made two submissions with them and received modifications for our clients. However, anyone trying to obtain this on their own needs to be very careful due to their request of large upfront down payments. One of the homeowners had been fighting to get his mortgage mod for over a year and couldn't. The other was only seven months down. With Saxon, one needs to fully understand their monthly income and expenses as well as the investor backing the loan. The true value of mortgage mediation conciliation can be worth it all. global.i3431@att.net
