IHOP Buy's Out Applebee's for $2.1 billion

money.cnn.com — NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Pancake house IHOP Corp. said Monday it agreed to buy fellow restaurant operator Applebee's International for about $2.1 billion.
