- blogmondo, on 01/17/2008, -0/+0I downloaded this free Change This (changethis.com) customer experience ebook, which is written by two customer experience/customer service experts, Leonardo Inghilleri & Micah Solomon.The hotel guy's former company, The Ritz-Carlton in its heyday, transformed what hotel service could be -- right down to the language that is used. (Blame them if you hear service people saying "my pleasure" excessively, he freely admits.) And a ton of the secrets of how he did customer service there & @ Lexus and the like seem to be included here. The other author (the rock and roll entrepreneur guy) gives insights into how to do customer service with the non-suit and tie crowd (how many of us get to stay at 5 6 and 7 star hotels on a regular basis anyway?) A non platitude filled book, maybe 20 pages long, you can find stuff to use starting right away I felt.
