I am not into newspaper, television, radio propaganda that is first and foremost leading us to believe not fact but jargon. I can't say that I always agree with the site and views but this article struck a cord with me because I am involved in the mortgage industry. I find it interesting to see a view and explaination which differs from the everyday marketing of the government. I completely agree with the one statement above, "Economics is the study of the allocation of scarce resources...." However, why such a bitter tone? I'm not sure these comments from LewRockwell.com are created to stir up emotional distress...they seem more brain stimulating than something which was created to recieve a verbal bashing. I have yet to read anything written by an economist that didn't involve a long and complicated explaination. Usually, when you wade through all of the myriad of words, it ends up that a normal person would have said the same damned thing is a short & simple paragraph.
LewRockwell.com ought to hire an editor -- someone who HATES words.
