ECJ to rule on case that could undermine football business
out-law.com — The ECJ has been asked to decide whether TV sports deals are in breach of competition law after a UK publican cancelled their subscription with Sky Sports for it's football service, and signed onto a subscription with Greek Company Nova using a satellite signal decoder card. Sky argues the Nova card fitted system is an illicit device.
