zbiz.tv — "ZBIZ.TV is dedicated to broadcasting weekly interviews with entrepreneurs from early stage companies." - Low budget, but nice idea and lots of potential I think in terms bringing decent videocasting into the mainstream, format (especially sound) needs work but overall I would recommend checking it out and sending in suggestions for future segment
