boingboing.net — Corporations like Lockheed Martin and the Ford Motor company are using the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to force websites to take down 3D artwork for alleged "trademark" and "copyright" infringement.

- gophur, on 03/24/2008, -0/+1I first heard about this a few years ago at E3 when Lockheed was sending the suits around sniffing out game companies they might be able to milk some money out of your using their airplanes. Can you really copyright something that the US taxpayers bought and paid for? Yikes!
