Comcast Renegs on Promise not to Raise Rates, Bastards
abclocal.go.com — Comcast Cable took over for Time Warner Cable just two months ago in Houston and promised there would be no rate increase in the near future. I suppose two months was long enough. For years I only thought TWC was the worst company I have ever dealt with. Nope, Comcast takes that prize. High rates, outages and bandwidth throttling. What a deal.
