signonsandiego.com — United takes a family's money, then lies about the flight being cancelled, then that they lost the reservation, then offers to fly them out on different flights 5 days into a 7 day vacation.... oh yeah and they refuse to write an insurance letter taking blame costing the family another 10 grand
