Besides, even if Apple are sued into doing something, it will be one of three things:
1. Fine print in advertising saying that the iTunes music store is only compatible with iPods
2. Making iTMS work with other music players (probably not much effect? As far as I know, people without iPods don't exactly want to be able to use the iTMS anyway)
3. Making iPod work with other music stores (possibly more iPod sales? Maybe less iTMS sales, but the iPod is where the profit is made)
Removing the DRM is also unfeasable - the RIAA would then deny them the music to sell. - slickto, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Go Steve Job$
