Sigin in to your account - jrdorkin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The site is nothing special. There are tons of better web-based property management platforms. Seems like they are just trying to ride the web 2.0 wave to bring people in.
For some reason, they are planning on letting people share how their rental properties are doing with other people in the future. I'm not sure about the rest of you, but I don't want everyone to be able to see my financial information. Ridiculous!

well that is when you are wrong, sharing info doesn't me letting others see your financial
it could simply mean:
1. where does your property rank in profitability
2. how much on average are others getting comparing to your property
rentyield would not compromise any ones security or privacy.
