Here's your support AIG! - Armor1901, on 07/10/2009, -1/+68Dear AIG execs,
Go ***** yourselves.
Sincerely,
America - Awwzm, on 07/10/2009, -1/+63Compensation based on failure.
- dalittle, on 07/10/2009, -1/+31How about you make a profit and then pay bonuses with that? And people should also be looking into Goldman Sachs to see what they are up to with the TARP money they laundered through AIG. They should not being paying out record bonuses with taxpayer money.
- Calamier, on 07/10/2009, -0/+27Translation : "Look back at me and smile while i'm ass-raping you, baby!"
- TheUngod, on 07/10/2009, -1/+21Simple solution. Fire the executives. Then they wouldn't have to pay out their contractual bonuses.
- pintomp3, on 07/10/2009, -0/+19I didn't get a bonus this year. I guess I should have run the company into the ground. My bad.
- Ne007, on 07/10/2009, -1/+19I'd would say this:
"OK! GRRREAT! ......Bonuses based on what accomplishments?" - michaelrsa, on 07/10/2009, -0/+15I think that's a bonus we can all get behind.
- bringitontimx, on 07/10/2009, -0/+15***** yourselves.
- Royish, on 07/10/2009, -0/+13What are they rewarding with these bonuses?
- Calamier, on 07/10/2009, -2/+15While i'm 100% with you on the anti-aig sentiment, I really think that comment is very poorly thought out...
By the way, your username has 5 spelling/grammer mistakes in only 13 characters - that must be some kind of record. - acehorne, on 07/10/2009, -0/+11Why does this all seem like when you are sitting next to your friends ugly wife at the dinner table and she keeps grabbing your junk and all we can do is give an awkward smile to pretend it isn't going on while try to smack her hand away?
- pintomp3, on 07/10/2009, -0/+10For being a member of the good ol' boys network.
- tgc1, on 07/10/2009, -0/+10Another great con goes down in US history. With the people on the hook for the tab, while the banksters dine and dash.
- JLSigman, on 07/10/2009, -0/+9And the answer was a resounding "***** NO", right?
- Rikkochet, on 07/10/2009, -0/+8If your executives will jump ship purely based on bonuses, they clearly don't have the best interests of the company in mind. British Airways employees willingly took unpaid leaves or worked for free to try and keep the company afloat. AIG is worried their executive rats will just flee if their already substantial compensation packages aren't enough without bonuses?
***** them. Find executives that give a ***** about the company, its product, and its customers. - duffman03, on 07/10/2009, -0/+8I worked for a software company that was slowly dying. Without the benefit of a bailout, they had to cut ALL bonuses to keep the company alive as long as possible. The bonuses were deserved because we spent many late nights working in the office (no overtime when you are on salary). Long story short, ***** you AIG.
- daVinci1980, on 07/10/2009, -1/+9Here's a "tip" for you:
Right now you should be happy to have a job. If you think you can get a better job somewhere else in this economy, we wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavours. - minoss, on 07/10/2009, -0/+8No, the simple solution is stop bailing them out.
- 4degrees, on 07/10/2009, -0/+7im sure they use the company email system for personal reasons, thats grounds for termination at just about any company.
- WraTH017, on 07/10/2009, -0/+7I had to take a pay cut at work, AND these ***** that caused the crisis still get want more bonuses? Holy ***** this is infuriating.
I think we should hold a Nuremberg style trial for these *****-sucking criminals. Sit them on all on a bench in oversized ragged clothes, and then send a bunch of them to the gallows for treason. - amorrise, on 07/10/2009, -0/+7Wanna hear a joke, Knock Knock . . . .
- redxii, on 07/10/2009, -0/+6'Dugg for obscure underrated movie reference' who?
- badfish0116, on 07/10/2009, -0/+6Ummmm......Yeeeeaaah......AIG I'm gonna need you to go ahead and give us our ***** money back........mmmmmmk.......and........uhhhmmm......If you could just go bankrupt already that would be just great......mmmmmmmmmk Thanks
/Lumberg - cosulliv755, on 07/10/2009, -1/+7too many bad words to use, must try to contain the rage and indigence.. too late.. GO ***** YOURSELVES AND YOUR ***** BONUS ***** !!!! I have you ***** bonus right here, its at the end of this convicted felons stinky *****, and guess what your going to be the bitch !
- acknotSW, on 07/10/2009, -0/+5DING! DING! DING! DING! DING! DING!
- reefrmad, on 07/10/2009, -0/+5Because when the "invisible hand" of the market place doesn't give you a hand job, the government will.
That's US style Capitalism. - warcin, on 07/10/2009, -1/+6Except that it is not company money but tax payer money paying it. Until they can pay the tax payers back for the gross mismanagement then they do not deserve bonuses, of any kind
- papashawn, on 07/10/2009, -0/+5What the ***** is a federal compensation czar and why do we have one?
- inactive, on 07/10/2009, -0/+5FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
- usaseopros, on 07/10/2009, -0/+5Maybe a company that is failing deserves to fail. And if these are the people who are causing the company to fail, then maybe they should leave, and not be paid bonuses to stay.
- TheBifman, on 07/10/2009, -0/+5Welcome to why we shouldn't have attempted to keep them afloat in the first place.
- mike23w, on 07/10/2009, -0/+5No.
- brownsound00, on 07/10/2009, -0/+5***** THIS *****!
- FallenTurtles, on 07/10/2009, -0/+5I disagree. That situation still has some positives. At least you're getting your junk grabbed. AIG hasn't grabbed my junk.
- jedinate, on 07/10/2009, -0/+4For not leaving their already grossly overpaying jobs.
- phriend2spin, on 07/10/2009, -1/+5Crooked bastards.
- apzdsx, on 07/10/2009, -1/+5BANANA PHONE!
- Jonjonr6, on 07/10/2009, -0/+4When you've accepted billions of dollars of tax-payer's money to keep your company afloat, only to squander it, there's no way for any funds spent on bonuses to not have come out of the tax-payer's pocket in one form or fashion.
- mxxz, on 07/10/2009, -0/+4I say take their their salaries, that should be their bonus for failure.
- iriemeditation, on 07/10/2009, -0/+3Bonuses? Don't they SUCK at doing their job??
- Dustin00, on 07/10/2009, -0/+3For being unable to find a job at a functional financial institution with all their awesome experience and skills.
- mikedoth, on 07/10/2009, -0/+3Beat me to it...
- MadEnvoy, on 07/10/2009, -0/+3Yes, right in their global ass.
- FallenTurtles, on 07/10/2009, -0/+3Who's there??
- BigDunka, on 07/10/2009, -0/+3Dugg for obscure underrated movie reference
- DankJemo, on 07/10/2009, -0/+3someone really needs to drag the AIG Executives out of their cushy office chairs, and beat the tar out of them. Dirty, underhanded pieces of *****.
- tgc1, on 07/10/2009, -0/+3It's the IRS collecting more tax from you to pay to its bankster overlords.
- sleestakslayer, on 07/10/2009, -0/+2Or better yet, we should make Wall Street our own Appian Way - Usher these bastards out of their offices and lash them to the light poles.
