Even doing design, 90% of the time you are "designing" something you hate because sales / marketing etc are dictating the decisions to you.

- thescimitar, on 05/30/2008, -0/+8Having shot lingerie professionally (both the product and models) I can tell you that it's generally a little less exciting that the final product looks. First, a lot of painstaking work goes into hair, make up, styling, art, etc. There are a crapload of people on set, and the demeanor tends to be very business professional.
A friend of mine shot some for Playboy and some of the other softcore outlets out there and routinely lamented how painstaking it all was. He got sick of it and eventually went into a different industry, shooting creatively on his own time instead.
If you want to be a nude photographer, grab yourself a girlfriend and a camera... I can almost guarantee you that it will be more fun. - RealmDown, on 05/30/2008, -0/+8or *really* need the money.
