It's the same story whether it be lottery winners, inheritance windfalls, or professional athletes. Hell, even bigger names like Charles Barkley and Michael Jordan got tied up in messes like this. I'm not saying whether or not they are worth the money, but it seems an extremely high percentage of them definitely have no clue how to manage it. - ImBaack, on 07/15/2009, -0/+2I just watched Casino the other night. - randythinker, on 07/16/2009, -0/+0Barkley got into glambling debt, but Michael Jordan was not if I recall correctly. Jordan gambled but was not short on cash, people just thought he was gambling too much. He was/is a business man. He created his own brand, invested in NBA franchises.
