Two Aggies selected in WNBA draft

aggiesports.com — Two Texas A&M women's basketball players were selected in the same WNBA draft for the first time in the program's history. Guard Morenike Atunrase was taken in the second round (24th overall) and then traded to the San Antonio Silver Stars. Point guard A'Quonesia Franklin later was taken in the third round (38th overall) by the Sacramento Monarchs.
