  • jaedn, on 09/10/2008, -0/+5LOL, as a former paralympian and wheechair basketball enthusiast. Thanks to JSXR for doing his level best to demonstrate people still have issues separating physical disability from mental disability.

    If there was one thing i hated about Athens, it's all the dropkicks after you get back asking what it was like to swim at the special olympics. :@

    Oh, and dsa204... there's nothing funny about it, most of the people who play wheelchair basketball, are amputees or have sustained some kind of damage from car accidents... like myself. I wouldn't say we are crippled, just unfortunate. Count yourself lucky, it could have just as easily been you.

    I have better things to do than sit here hating, just be mindful in future. It will make my life a ***** easier :P
