- Winkleman, on 11/06/2009, -3/+14This would be a great thing for the NBA, plus make for some awkward locker room moments.
- JoeHague, on 11/06/2009, -1/+10Because they're not qualified/
- RachelJTM, on 11/06/2009, -4/+10Go Nancy! Its about a time!!
- KevinRowz, on 11/07/2009, -1/+5Because even a web server with no consciousness knows that it is not really sports if women are involved.
- jshhmr, on 11/07/2009, -0/+4I guess for the same reason I have Apple blocked on mine, but I keep getting iPhone stories.
- Jabrams2, on 11/06/2009, -4/+8I think we're getting to the point where neither race nor sex will have anything to do with anything. (if i worded that right). If you're qualified to do a job, you should be given the same chance as anyone else. I'd imagine the locker room might be a bit of an issue tho (semi-joking, semi-not joking).
- DeskFlyer, on 11/06/2009, -1/+5Well, at least you could count on the team winning a week straight every month.
- jFerNaNDou, on 11/06/2009, -1/+5You ruined it with the /s
- ksalminen, on 11/07/2009, -2/+6No NBA player is going to want to be coached and bossed around by a woman. Digg me down all you want but this is the truth.
- casspa, on 11/06/2009, -4/+7My only question is why hasn't there been one already?
- Gerakis100, on 11/06/2009, -1/+4nope... and I don't think she'll or another woman will get to coach in the NBA in the next five years at least, probably much more
- goomba323, on 11/06/2009, -1/+3I was going to digg you up and then I saw the /s...
- Dojjah, on 11/07/2009, -2/+4Well that what team SHE is coaching is gonna set an NBA losing record.
- ousthouse, on 11/06/2009, -1/+2lol
- goomba323, on 11/06/2009, -1/+2Well considering most coaches have experience as players/coaching a former males basketball team, it would only make sense that most head coaches were male. I'm pretty sure there are differences between NBA and the WNBA.
What's next, female football coach?? female hockey coach?? female baseball coach?? It kinda demasculates the team I think. - theamazingkort, on 11/06/2009, -2/+3Hell, I'd hit it.
- ksalminen, on 11/07/2009, -1/+2Do you honestly think a 6'4+ athletic male is going to want to be bossed around by a less than 6' woman who has no experience in playing mens basketball?
- dmaher, on 11/07/2009, -0/+1Here's her letter to Obama
http://www.more.com/2027/9521-president-obama-shou ... - Fleagleman, on 11/07/2009, -0/+1As long as she's not as big a douche as Joe, I'm all for it.
- KevinRowz, on 11/07/2009, -4/+5I've devised a short list of candidates that any red-blooded NBA player would rather be coached by before they pick a woman.
A caveman
A blind man
A man aged 102
A baby
A dog
A catfish
A housefly
A house plant
A ham sandwich
A pencil sketch of a coach
The list also doubles as "Things that make better drivers than women". - Dan11023, on 11/07/2009, -1/+1HOE!
- inactive, on 11/06/2009, -2/+2Wow...not a misleading title AT ALL! Because surely just starting as a coach for a developmental league means that a head coaching job in the NBA is RIGHT around the corner.
- echan, on 11/07/2009, -2/+2what's up with the woman bashing? grow the ***** up, digg
- 3tcp, on 11/07/2009, -1/+1well that what team she is by always didn't even so far as
- proficient, on 11/07/2009, -3/+2She's kinda hot.
- Cannonballkid, on 11/06/2009, -6/+4Thats what the WNBA is for /s
- techtock, on 11/07/2009, -5/+2I have sports blocked on my digg account. Why am I seeing this *****?

What is Digg?
