Seriously, it's called being in the moment. You don't really get an open lane inside the key all that often, and Kobe exploited that mistake and showed them why they should have a man there. This is one of the many examples of how Kobe's finally devoted himself to the team. It's too bad that many people (mvp voters included) won't recognize this and will always see him as a selfish player.
