- Rayhush, on 04/28/2008, -0/+2could have hurt.
- SubaruPowah, on 04/28/2008, -0/+7Do a barrel roll!
- had3l, on 04/28/2008, -1/+2No it didn't, he landed on his hands.
- ngmcs8203, on 04/28/2008, -1/+2What did, I could barely make out a player going up for a block/intentional foul and then some guy taking a spill. Doesn't anyone know how to rip good video these days? I swear there should be a standard on this crap before Youtube accepts it.
- SnowflakePillow, on 04/28/2008, -0/+2Not as much as this hit taken by Jenerro's brother, Jeremy, when he was thrown to the ground by Corey Butler earlier this year. Jeremy actually hits his head and is on the floor for minutes, AND the hit came when the game was essentially over:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=CldROcIg4bg- brjndr, on 04/28/2008, -0/+2That was brutal
- spidoman, on 04/28/2008, -0/+8yes that one pixely blur totally collided with that other pixely blur.
- FanofFilm, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1that was a pixely blur? damn i could have sworn i saw a blurry pixel. now i don't know anything about this video.
- freakydingo, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1He was clapping immediately afterward. Not sure what that means. Maybe he knew Kidd would be ejected.
- Ericular, on 04/28/2008, -0/+31996 called. It wants its video quality back...
- knuvue, on 04/28/2008, -1/+73Bad foul by Kidd. Obviously a frustration foul, but in no way excusable because if Pargo hadn't gotten his hands down quickly he could have been severely injured.
- worldsbestgamer, on 04/28/2008, -2/+8People are way to judgmental on this site and quick to jump on the first bandwagon they are presented with. Pargo has even said Kidd was doing his job and he was surprised he was ejected.
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2008/basketball/n ...
"It was a hard foul," Pargo said. "The only thing he did was make a hard foul and not give up a layup. That's what he's supposed to do. I was a little surprised [Kidd was ejected]."- Prototek, on 04/28/2008, -1/+2The necessity of fouling as strategy is why I hate basketball. It leads to rationalizing trying to throw someones head at the floor.
- pintomp3, on 04/28/2008, -2/+3kidd mistook the other's head for the basketball.

- isaacand, on 04/28/2008, -4/+21stupid foul...kidds just frustrated because he sucks now
- worldsbestgamer, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3Or he was trying to draw a foul to stop an easy lay up like he is supposed to do.
- OJdidntdoIT, on 04/28/2008, -2/+16He got sick and damn tired of Chris Paul flipping his ankles.
- smoothdogg00, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1If you had watched the game, you would know that Kidd only guards Paul when he gets switched onto him. Also note that Paul didn't do ***** in that game, or the one before.
- OJdidntdoIT, on 04/28/2008, -4/+1Hey Jason glad to see you post on digg.com
FYI, that anger you showed last night proves to me you are a woman beater.

- lawngnomes4pres, on 04/28/2008, -0/+49I was at this game, a good 1/4 of the crowd literally got up and left at this point.
- popfrogs, on 04/28/2008, -0/+11Not because Kidd committed the foul, but because they knew without Kidd, the game was over. And it was, we got spanked at home by New Orleans, yet another shameful loss in this crappy Mavs season.
- fictionalOne, on 04/28/2008, -1/+8Look on the bright side, you could have the best record of the season and get knocked out first round by the warriors. Oh wait, that did happen.
- popfrogs, on 04/28/2008, -1/+3Avery Johnson = noob. That's all there is to it, the Mavs have some of the best talent in the league, best free throw shooters in the league, etc. I can't blame it on anything but coaching at this point. Notice the games where Avery sits down and shuts up, the team wins.
- fictionalOne, on 04/28/2008, -1/+2You are talking about last year's "Coach of the Year." Also, Avery didn't want Kidd.
- popfrogs, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1Coach of the Year because they won 67 games in the regular season. This year...not so much, and it's been pretty much the same team before Kidd came on board. Sucks that we lost Harris and Diop.
- Victorface, on 07/25/2008, -0/+1That was all Don Nelson exploiting everything he knew about the Mavs.

- smoothdogg00, on 04/28/2008, -0/+4They can still pull this out, but Josh Howard needs to get his head out of his ass. If he is shotting 3-16, he needs to realize he is shooting too much. Dirk isn't getting the ball enough and he's being too passive, and Stackhouse has been terrible so far. I think they can pull it together and pull out a win in New Orleans, but they really need to make some mental changes.
- shakbhaji, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3I wish I shared your optimism. :(
- popfrogs, on 04/28/2008, -0/+11Not because Kidd committed the foul, but because they knew without Kidd, the game was over. And it was, we got spanked at home by New Orleans, yet another shameful loss in this crappy Mavs season.

- vanguardanon, on 04/28/2008, -3/+32Good call. I was happy to see Pargo immediately started clapping because he knew he was in Kidd's head. Leave the fighting to the people that know what they are doing, hockey players. :-)

- Jwoey, on 04/28/2008, -3/+3When I was in first grade, I was reading the bible aloud to the class (Private school, ick)... and I came to the word Lo. I didn't know how to pronounce it. It wasn't 'Low' so I said it like "Law." My teacher said, "Oh come on, you know that word. Quit acting so dumb."
Just thought I'd share that tender moment of mine. I don't know why they made us read the bible at such an early age... its not like we understood it, hell its hard to understand as an adult. I thought the word 'city' was 'kitty.' Damn, ignore me.- xyqxyq, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1Quit acting so dumb.

- darladoon, on 04/28/2008, -6/+26i fail to see a "flip"
- jcblitz, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1Me too, it seems more like a twirl
- worldsbestgamer, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3It was the triple lindy.
- indigit4l, on 04/28/2008, -0/+6Mavs... so dissapointing
- Couchy, on 04/28/2008, -0/+8Wow that is about as clearcut a flagrant 2 as you can get.
When I was watching the Raptors vs. Magic in game two I thought Turkoglu should have been ejected for this hard foul on Bosh but the refs deemed it a flagrant 1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEYBp1O4ks8 Looking at it after seeing it live it is seen that Turkoglu actually had his hand on the ball, but its questionable as to wether he used his elbow to push Bosh before touching the ball.
In Kidd's case, its a straight up ejection.- merdiesel, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3I think Hedo just forgot that Chris Bosh weighs about 70 pounds.
- ScottMitchell, on 04/29/2008, -0/+1Hedo got his hand on the ball and his arm was just following through with his momentum. If it was someone bigger or stronger than Bosh, he wouldn't have gone to the ground. The Kidd foul, on the other hand, was bush league. He knew he had the ball stuffed, yet he still pushed his face down toward the floor.
- TripleAStacked, on 04/28/2008, -3/+9I hope he doesn't get suspended because i don't want the mavs fans to make excuses for another early exit!
- xsquirrel378x, on 04/28/2008, -6/+2i wouldnt really call that a flip
- tehgherk, on 04/28/2008, -0/+2the only thing that stopped him from flipping any further was him catching himself on the floor
- plarp, on 04/28/2008, -0/+45jason kid was simply making a metaphor for how the mavericks have let down their fans for the past 2 years in the playoffs.. please respect his artistic license
- skyroket, on 04/29/2008, -1/+1And we'll respect your poetic license for misspelling his last name and not having a shift key.
- krolyat, on 04/28/2008, -3/+4I'm sure Kidd thought the ball was his head.
- breakerjump, on 04/28/2008, -31/+7People still watch basketball? LOL

People still watch soccer? LOL
People still make the worst jokes ever on digg? LOL- AppleGeorge, on 04/28/2008, -0/+4That's really not any better.. But I dugg you up anyways.
- Couchy, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1It wasn't supposed to be better I just took the obnoxiousness and multiplied it to make a point. ;)
- breakerjump, on 04/28/2008, -9/+1Fine, okay - you want to be a little douche that's your prerogative and all-in-all, very digg-esque. But, how about in addition to being a little douche, you give one example in which pro basketball has not degraded into a bunch of ***** running around a court and acting like angry children.
I might as well go sit out on the street corner and listen to people *****-talk each other there. Gone are the days of Jordan and Bird.- AppleGeorge, on 04/28/2008, -1/+1Instead of all of that, why not just take an English class and find out new words instead of saying douche every five seconds? I bet if you come back and actually have something witty to say people might actually give a damn.
- broohaha, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1> Fine, okay - you want to be a little douche that's your prerogative and all-in-all, very digg-esque.
Pot calling the kettle black? - breakerjump, on 04/28/2008, -2/+1Oh, I mastered english long before french.
Votre mère a besoin de douche, parce que la chatte senti comme ***** la nuit dernière. - johnnybluejeans, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1Uhmm, didn't you start this thread with your "douchey" comment?
- Couchy, on 04/28/2008, -0/+4Look I get you are sad you're getting old and Jordan and Bird are decades gone, they were great times and great games - I miss those Bulls vs. Jazz epic battles as well - but honestly you can't say there isn't quality basketball being played in todays league. I mean if you are gonna say theres a bunch of angry children running around the league, maybe I should remind you of 1977 when Kermit Washington broke Tomjanovich's face with a punch on court during a game. I mean get real man, stop livin in the past.
- breakerjump, on 04/28/2008, -2/+1Ummm, I'm twenty-six. Good try though!
In all seriousness though, they need to make the court bigger, just like the football field will need to be in another decade. - varunb007, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1i think after a while you only remember the best moments from the past. those great matchups you remember happened once in a while back then. these days we also have great matchups every now and then. maybe it will take a few years (when they're on espn classic) before you appreciate the good games we've already had in this year's playoffs.
- tehgherk, on 04/28/2008, -1/+1you are old

- Aero1, on 04/28/2008, -1/+11as a nets fan, nothing makes me happier that Byron Scott is schooling Jason Kidd. I miss Byron coaching the nets. ***** kidd, im glad he took his 3 points, 8 rebounds, 9 assists, and 78 turnovers to the mavs.
- shakbhaji, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3I hated this trade from the beginning. It was a dumb panic trade. How much are the Mavs missing Devin Harris now? Sure could've used his quickness against Paul. He would've been all over him.
- ScottMitchell, on 04/29/2008, -0/+1Not only that, but Mark Cuban would be $15 million dollars richer, too.
- karran, on 04/28/2008, -2/+0yeah except now Jersey (sadly) is just pure ***** as a team... I hope brooklyn enjoys the nets
- shakbhaji, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3I hated this trade from the beginning. It was a dumb panic trade. How much are the Mavs missing Devin Harris now? Sure could've used his quickness against Paul. He would've been all over him.
- neems25, on 04/28/2008, -3/+2The mavs piss me off!! Actually, all of the dallas teams piss me off....first the cowboys..then the mavs...then the cowboys disappoint again..then the mavs suck again...when will it stop? I love them but .....damn!
- sdwilly, on 04/28/2008, -0/+2Stars are doing well against San Jose.
- neems25, on 04/28/2008, -0/+2yea but I'm not as emotionally involved with the Stars as i am with the Mavs and Cowboys. However, I do agree with Rendonsmug about the Rangers...If they do well, I'll consider myself lucky

- Scottievm, on 04/28/2008, -2/+67Which pixel was Jason Kidd?
- twishart, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3The white one.
- piercedogg34, on 04/28/2008, -8/+4Not a flagrant 2. He guided him to the ground! He obviously didn't want him getting hurt. I don't even like Jason Kidd, but this was a Flagrant 1 at most.
- worldsbestgamer, on 04/28/2008, -1/+3Quite true. Pargo even said so, but popular opinion on this site is usually quite wrong.
- sequethin, on 04/28/2008, -4/+2c'mon people he was going for ball can't you see that? still a foul but it wasn't intentional.
- soupdawg30, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1Was he holding the ball in his mouth?
- gttim, on 04/28/2008, -1/+5He was just kidding!
- mrzack, on 04/28/2008, -3/+4Kidd is garbage. His career is over. Nice way to end it *****. It's not enough he beats his supermodel wife, he has to attack other players on the court as well.
- SnowflakePillow, on 04/28/2008, -0/+9And look what Corey Butler did to Jannero's brother, Jeremy during a college game earlier this year!
http://youtube.com/watch?v=CldROcIg4bg- popfrogs, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1So the Pargo family is easy to flip?
- abatch, on 04/28/2008, -2/+6Worst. Trade. Ever.

- JGUSMC7, on 04/28/2008, -1/+3And this whole time everyone has been giving San Antonio crap. Show me a clip from this years Spurs/Suns Matchup that had a foul like that.
- ErikHarrison, on 04/28/2008, -2/+2I dugg your comment, but what about Horry nailing Nash last year? OWNED.
GO SPURS GO!
- ErikHarrison, on 04/28/2008, -2/+2I dugg your comment, but what about Horry nailing Nash last year? OWNED.
- PhrosTT, on 04/28/2008, -3/+5you guys are retarded... that was completely unintentional.
yes, he tried to throw a hard foul to ensure free throws and no 'and-1's ... but it's not like he undercut the guys legs.- merdiesel, on 04/28/2008, -1/+2It's one thing to break up a fast break with a hard foul across the arms, its another thing to ring a guys neck.
- ScottMitchell, on 04/29/2008, -0/+1It's one thing to play the ball, it's another to play the neck.
- Hayes, on 04/28/2008, -7/+1That was less interesting than most checks in the NHL and every tackle in the NFL.
- majinosity, on 04/28/2008, -1/+2He thought his head was the ball...
- jerrolds, on 04/28/2008, -7/+2I miss Jordan :( Last time i gave 2 ***** about basketball
- jhbarr, on 04/28/2008, -1/+2The TNT guys were going off on Dallas after the game about how none of the Mavs came to back Jason Kidd up. Even though he was in the wrong, they should still protect him from retaliation. They said the only good teammates on the Mavs were Kidd and Stackhouse. Although it looked like all the Mavs on the floor were between Kidd and the Hornets.
- tehgherk, on 04/28/2008, -4/+3Is it just me, or does Kidd look like a skinny Vin Diesel?
- twishart, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1You look like a skinny Vin Diesel too?
- matt0ne, on 04/28/2008, -6/+1I thought this was a skateboarding story.. confused?
- etx313, on 04/28/2008, -9/+1Basket ball players are pussys.

- kmb1794, on 04/28/2008, -2/+2seriously...what a little bitch.
- merdiesel, on 04/28/2008, -3/+1Sore loser.
- rparks, on 04/28/2008, -5/+3Look, Kidd is indeed overrated/washed-up/frustrated, but no player should be allowed to make a layup in that situation. You foul the guy hard, make them work for two and threaten to do it again the next time they step into the paint.
- troyfoley, on 04/28/2008, -0/+5Bill Laimbeer, is that you?
- rparks, on 04/28/2008, -1/+0The funny thing is, I almost ended my comment with 'Go Pistons.'
- troyfoley, on 04/28/2008, -0/+5Bill Laimbeer, is that you?
- stopple, on 04/28/2008, -0/+6Not a basketball fan, or a fan of either team, but it seems obvious to me this was just a hard foul. Kidd would have to have Neo like matrix powers to be able to plan grabbing the guy on the neck and shifting his weight forward to make him flip like that. He just did what any defender would do in a hard foul situation, grab something and pull. The fact he flipped was a total fluke.
- xutopia, on 04/28/2008, -1/+1I'm wondering why there are so many NBA vids up on digg lately. Is there a playoff or something?
- dantj, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1Yes
- Gregus1032, on 04/28/2008, -1/+1ya, the sad part is, it's still not intresting.
- Noureddin, on 04/28/2008, -1/+1YOU JUST GOT SERVED!!!
- vanzan, on 04/28/2008, -0/+2Mavericks brought Kidd to help them win a championship, he couldn't make baskets so he started making fouls..
I think from now on, we will see the Mavericks performance get worse and worse. They have reached their peak in the last two years..they can't get any better..someone must be wrong..I feel bad for Dirk.- ScottMitchell, on 04/29/2008, -0/+2Hopefully Cuban will blow things up this offseason. And I mean BLOW THINGS UP. Get rid of Terry. Get rid of Howard. Get rid of Dirk. Get rid of Avery.
- indraneel24, on 04/28/2008, -1/+2As a Nets fan I can do nothing but laugh.
- popfrogs, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1How are the playoffs going for the Nets this..ohhh right. Sorry.
BTW we just got him "back", he played with the Mavs a long time ago.
- popfrogs, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1How are the playoffs going for the Nets this..ohhh right. Sorry.
- RJLaframboise, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1I was watching this game last night and bolted upright when I saw the foul. He definitely deserved to be ejected. Another early exit for the Mavericks, but is anyone really surprised?
