  • patricks, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Clearly "innocent before being proved guilty" is at play here. Baseball hasn't suspended him, and a federal grand jury hasn't been able to find enough evidence to indict him.

    If you are referring to the "court of public opinion" then you might be on to something. Bonds has been guilty for years.
