- StarFingHipster, on 01/29/2009, -0/+10Where are the raids and news coverage on Madoff and the rest of the Wall Street scum?
- hotdiggity0808, on 01/29/2009, -0/+8Uh, gosh, anyone who has read Game of Shadows or taken a good look at BB's rookie card knows he didn't get that big eating corn flakes.
He, like a certain disgraced Yankee pitcher with an incredible off season training schedule, will never see the Hall of Fame.
No one cares. - awesometastic1, on 01/29/2009, -0/+7So what's the count now on how much money the government has spent investigating steroids in a sport where pretty much none of the players use steroids anymore and at the time they used them they weren't against the rules? I think last i read it was in the couple hundred million dollar range. Way to spend my tax dollars efficiently there government.
*note: not saying steroids are good or anything. I just think this is a classic example of why our national debt is what it is. government sticking their noses in things that shouldn't be concerning them. - bobbknight, on 01/29/2009, -0/+6That's a fairly lame and non informative article.
- thespiff, on 01/29/2009, -0/+5And you wonder why Mulder and Scully chose to do the X-Files? Aliens and werewolves, now that's something the FBI should be protecting us from.
Who gives a ***** about Barry Bonds drug habits? What a waste of time. Someone needs to let our government know that we have more important problems. - bigp3rm, on 01/29/2009, -0/+5I was thinking stocks and bonds when I read the headline. Good to see the feds have their priorities in order.
- BuzzEdition, on 01/29/2009, -0/+4uh oh
- WhoaABlueCar, on 01/29/2009, -1/+5im 23, my childhood baseball heroes have all lost their legs to stand on... i hope they put his gigantic hgh ass in jail
- protogenxl, on 01/29/2009, -0/+4Our Economy is collapsing but were going to Nail Barry Bonds's Ass to the Wall.
- RawkusVoid, on 01/29/2009, -0/+3yeah, um, Clemens pitched for the Red Sox, Blue Jays, and Astros's as well. But you're right, who cares. I'm sure there are couple other more important things our tax dollars should go to.
- monkeycatDx, on 01/29/2009, -1/+3NOO!! The Giants need Bonds this season!
- RunDiggMC, on 01/29/2009, -0/+1Um, the Giants need a lot of offensive help, but they didn't bring Bonds back in 2008, and they weren't about to bring him back in 2009 anyway. Even if he wasn't facing legal trouble, he was still a selfish distraction and a liability in left field.
- FlyingPhotog, on 01/29/2009, -0/+1Look at that, we've got a new president and people still don't like the government.
- danzimnikov, on 01/29/2009, -0/+0Does anyone really care about this anymore. I thought the story died years ago. I mean, baseball is barely even a sport.
- FlyingPhotog, on 01/29/2009, -1/+1F the Giants
- Azali, on 01/29/2009, -6/+1Great, it is look nice.
