- DWillms, on 06/22/2009, -2/+35I LOVE BJ'S!
- beachsouthpaw, on 06/22/2009, -8/+32Hey, you Yanks, Cubs and Red Sox fans might had rabid fanbases that stretch from generation to generation and coast to coast but us Jays fans have drunk idiots who have no lives and do semi-amusing ***** till its no longer amusing, and then do it some more.
Jays FTW. - MeatyVitamin, on 06/22/2009, -3/+26Really long article describing a mildly interesting occurrence.
- brownsound00, on 06/22/2009, -1/+15I'm a Jays fan, a pretty big one at that. But I always wonder... how pissed off do the people behind them get?
- NeuralNetwork, on 06/21/2009, -2/+13Wow! Some people have too much time on their hands.
- ugacrew, on 06/22/2009, -0/+11Man that video clip was lame.
- WordsnCollision, on 06/21/2009, -1/+10Not to mention too much money - those front-row seats ain't cheap!
- bookelly, on 06/22/2009, -0/+8I watched these guys earlier this year when they played my Indians. At first I thought they were retarded, then annoying, then amusing, then funny, then hilarious. It's not what they do (act like Leslie Nelson in Naked Gun 2 1/2), it's that they do it with so much enthusiasm...FOR THE ENTIRE GAME. By the 9th inning, the announcers and my friends all, laughing our asses off.
- jbbears554, on 06/22/2009, -0/+6You're ***** Out!
- Velnich, on 06/22/2009, -0/+5I dugg you for accuracy, but I actually wouldn't mind seeing a little of the American sport fandom in Toronto. A little.
- brownsound00, on 06/22/2009, -0/+3Never.
- nsanidy, on 06/22/2009, -1/+4Come on how can you not digg that?
- Dr.Fade, on 06/22/2009, -0/+3I was in National's Park when they where there. Your answer. Completely Pissed Off. They where so annoying, I asked that they be removed. When that didn't happen, I considered urinating on them.
- diggmeordie, on 06/22/2009, -0/+3It was funny and cute for the first few minutes but after that it got distracting and annoying watching them in the upper left of your TV screen.
- skipvt, on 06/22/2009, -0/+3Do they get booed when a ump makes a bad call?
- larkins1, on 06/22/2009, -0/+3Welcome to baseball.
- KibblesnBitts, on 06/22/2009, -0/+3THANKS I CANT WAIT TO LOOK AT ALL THOSE SITES!
- blumer, on 06/22/2009, -1/+3Die.
In a fire. - bbeep, on 06/22/2009, -0/+2Did you mean US bias, or are you unaware that Toronto is in the east.....and in the same division as both the Yankeed and Red Sox?
- bizmowacka, on 06/22/2009, -0/+2you again?
- droxy429, on 06/22/2009, -2/+4the "in the action" tickets at $210 (canadian)
they got the uniforms for free. - brownsound00, on 06/22/2009, -1/+3Not at the skydome
- MrBogard, on 06/22/2009, -0/+2Teddy is cute as hell. What a weird name for a chick.. but who the hell cares?
- NeuralNetwork, on 06/22/2009, -0/+2You know what else is amazing?? My foot in your ass..
- Jeffler, on 06/22/2009, -1/+3LOL at over $300 for front row Leafs tickets, Nephersir7. I won 5th row seats once, their ticket price is $464 each. Front row if you are lucky enough to have them are at least that price. And thats if you're not buying on ebay or through a scalper.
***** Leafs, the only city that could have a non-playoff team for 5 years and a bottom 10 team for the last 2 and yet have by far the highest prices for tickets in the NHL ($108 per on average, #2 is Vancouver at $71) - navidb, on 06/22/2009, -2/+3I was just flipping through channels, settled on HD baseball, anything in HD is worth watching for at least a couple minutes, even..shudder...baseball. I saw these guys behind home plate and i just started laughing, good *****.
- jjones20, on 06/22/2009, -2/+3They say its cheaper to go to detroit and watch the leafs play the wings than it is to see them at home, lol.
- inactive, on 06/22/2009, -0/+1dugg for truth
- inigomntoya, on 06/22/2009, -1/+2 LOL - Rays...
- enthreeoh, on 07/11/2009, -0/+1yeah, that girl really needs to find another job, that was painful.
- electioneering, on 06/23/2009, -0/+1i haven't logged on to digg in over a year, but i needed to login and comment on how annoying these two are. they make the game almost unwatchable. it's impossible to get into any flow watching when those two morons jump up at every pitch. what's worse is that most people seem to encourage it and it's catching on. enough already.
it's bad enough we have to listen to jamie campbell call the game, watch vernon wells not earn his money, and the jays get beaten by the sox and the yanks - but now this crap? - seroevo, on 06/23/2009, -1/+1Toronto is a good 500+ miles from the coast. East division does not equate to East Coast.
Geography aside, there -is- a definitive bias towards the NY and Boston over even other US teams. - ThraxyWaxy, on 06/22/2009, -3/+3I saw these guys on TV a couple times. They actually got invited onto the field and did a routine with the people dressed in giant president costumes, it was hysterical. I feel sorry for the people sitting behind them at the games, but they definitely make the games more fun.
- RiotHeart, on 06/22/2009, -2/+1LOL Jays. Only a game ahead when they Rays lost the 2nd best defensive player they have for the year, The MLB Batting average leader in Bartlett and RBI leader in Longoria for a few weeks at the same exact time period.
pretty pathetic they actually LOST ground - WhoDoneIt, on 06/22/2009, -4/+3Time to change your icon, then I'll Digg you up.
- PigPong, on 06/22/2009, -2/+1I find them hilarious...
- Nephersir7, on 06/22/2009, -3/+2Seventy-three dollars according to http://toronto.bluejays.mlb.com/tor/ballpark/seati ...
Much cheaper than hockey (over $300 for front row tickets) - Brizzyce, on 06/22/2009, -2/+1Those seats cost a lot more than seventy-three dollars.
- dirtycanucker, on 06/22/2009, -1/+0Seriously? The Jays lost to the ***** Nationals???? Bah. That is why I m not going out of my way anymore to watch Jays games.
- lupetouche, on 06/22/2009, -4/+2Recession Scchmession
- RiotHeart, on 06/22/2009, -8/+2Sox, Yanks, Rays > Jays
- Gonasadude, on 06/22/2009, -9/+3Wow, that was dumb.
- mejf2loy, on 06/22/2009, -11/+3Not like there's anything else to watch at a baseball game.
