chron.com — The Houston Astros 2nd baseman has hit all 3000 hits with one franchise as well as 286 HRs, 658 doubles, 413 stolen bases, and the all-time HBP leader. The 3000 hit club is the mark of the greatest players ever to play the game. Biggio solidified his spot in the Hall of Fame tonight not only with his 3000th hit, but he went 5 for 6 on the night.
