No offense to you Pirates fans, but this is someone who realizes that this is a really good chance to buy a team that always sells out, and he will be way bigger here than in Pittsburgh or Dallas. This is a rare chance that doesn't come along too often and he will be the most loved owner in the city, the day he arrives.

    To think of the two best owners in the city will be named Wirtz and Cuban. Why hell has just froze over.
