- ironeus, on 08/04/2008, -3/+12If anyone can reverse the curse of the billy goat, it's Mark Cuban!
- inactive, on 08/04/2008, -4/+13Once again a good catch on the Mark Cuban story and the proposed purchase of the Cubbies.
- ARupp, on 08/04/2008, -0/+7Cubs players can just imagine personal flat-screen TVs in each of their lockers...Cuban treats his players well.
- BlockedUser, on 08/04/2008, -2/+7Cub - an
- AmyVernon, on 08/04/2008, -2/+7but part of what we love about our Cubbies is the fact that they'll never win the whole thing. ;-)
- MisterEX, on 08/04/2008, -1/+6Wrigley is not a dump. I love that place. The atmosphere is unlike any other and for its age, it looks good.
Secondly, if you're upset about standing next to another guy because you're ashamed of your tiny member, too bad. I'd rather quickly take a piss, then wait in line and miss the game-winning home run. - cawpin, on 08/04/2008, -1/+5You're an idiot. The trough is the best receptacle for a sports field restroom.
- Ajajadude, on 08/04/2008, -0/+4The team with the biggest payroll year-after-year hasn't won since the beginning of the decade.
- inactive, on 08/04/2008, -1/+4at least it wasn't submitted by me....
- BlockedUser, on 08/04/2008, -1/+4Submitted by bcuban...
- shutaro, on 08/04/2008, -0/+3That's what she said.

- MisterEX, on 08/04/2008, -0/+3Speak for yourself.
I would go nuts if they would win it all, and so would everyone in Chicago. It would be a great party. You would all be invited. - inactive, on 08/04/2008, -4/+6Mark Cuban fighting with umpires on the field? Could be interesting.
- homah, on 08/04/2008, -3/+5Check out this guy's about page:
"I tend not to friend anyone under 25 years old."
What a bizarre comment. - BlockedUser, on 08/04/2008, -0/+2You mean you can't imagine how annoying it will be seeing Mark Cuban's mug in the background of every pitch.
- inactive, on 08/04/2008, -1/+3Go, Cubs, Go
Go, Cubs, Go
Hey Chicago, whaddaya say?
The Cubs are gonna win today! - inactive, on 08/04/2008, -2/+4haha...right...I think my gf would beg to differ.
- TeamBaldwin, on 08/04/2008, -0/+2You're stands are already littered with them...
- j0ew00ds, on 08/04/2008, -1/+3They ARE good every year. =)
- inactive, on 08/04/2008, -3/+5***** my brother. He's an *****.
- Nicksname1, on 08/04/2008, -0/+2He is his brother.
- inactive, on 08/04/2008, -0/+2I'm afraid to ask if this is the REAL Mark Cuban...
- Shadow57, on 08/04/2008, -0/+1Yes. As a life long Cubs fan, this is excellent news. And its typical for a Sox fan to post a negative comment. Worry about your own team for once.
- basye, on 08/06/2008, -0/+1Nice!
- BlockedUser, on 08/04/2008, -1/+2And disgustingly rich.
- Ajajadude, on 08/04/2008, -2/+3I hope after his first hissy fit with the umps baseball bans him from sitting in the stands during games.
- MisterEX, on 08/04/2008, -0/+1Is he a Cub fan, though?
- inactive, on 08/04/2008, -0/+1you are an uneducated ignorant moron who probably did not even get out of high school. One question for you since you clearly have personal experience. Does it suck to be an uneducated, ignorant, gutter trash digg troll? The digg community is waiting for your answer.... Your life must be wonderful
- SouthsideIrish, on 08/04/2008, -0/+1He is a fan, and I think he will become a big Cubs fan. No offense to you Pirates fans, but this is someone who realizes that this is a really good chance to buy a team that always sells out, and he will be way bigger here than in Pittsburgh or Dallas. This is a rare chance that doesn't come along too often and he will be the most loved owner in the city, the day he arrives.
To think of the two best owners in the city will be named Wirtz and Cuban. Why hell has just froze over. - coyasun, on 08/07/2008, -0/+1Anillop, do you want to win? http://www.cubanandthecubs.com
- basye, on 08/06/2008, -0/+1What is bizarre about that? I tend to do the same unless the person seems ***** brilliant.
- coyasun, on 08/07/2008, -0/+1report his ass
- inactive, on 08/07/2008, -0/+1For Anyone who believe the Mark Cuban on here is the real one, I have the deed to the Brooklyn Bridge here with me to sell you
- coyasun, on 08/07/2008, -0/+1yes, you can tell it is not Mark, and you, Brian of all people, know this...he can play his game, wish he would keep the profanity to a minimum.
- SouthsideIrish, on 08/04/2008, -1/+1God damn! Everyone knows your owner is cheap, your team is falling and most of all you never should have even been in first place. Oh, and not only your owner sucks, but your gm too. God, I would be sorry if we had him. Oh, and your ballpark sucks too. Why would anyone want to go there. PERIOD. I hate your park so much that I would rather drive to Milwaukee rather than watch a game in your crappy park.
Oh, and did I say that all Sox fans suck too. Now give me a Bud and leave me alone.
A Cubs Fan. j/k - BlockedUser, on 08/04/2008, -2/+2Get a life imposter.
http://digg.com/users/markcuban - bullox, on 08/04/2008, -1/+1The trough is as antiquated as the Cubs last World Series victory. Seriously, it's about as classy as Cubs fans.
- inactive, on 08/04/2008, -1/+1I would say roller coster rush. It's great fun....
- TeamBaldwin, on 08/04/2008, -1/+1The Cubs have a huge payroll. They're 2008 payroll is ranked 7th
- anillop, on 08/04/2008, -1/+1DO NOT WANT!!!!!!!
Just what we need some arrogant loudmouth screwing up our good vibe. - BlockedUser, on 08/04/2008, -4/+3Mark Cuban would never say "***** my brother". Too much of a risk. Do you really "get off" acting like somebody else? Is it like busting a load? or more like a roller coaster rush? I've always wanted to know.
http://digg.com/users/markcuban - chadhuston, on 08/04/2008, -1/+0The teams (plural) with the biggest payrolls, obviously the Yankees haven't won since 2000, but the Red Sox, Angels, Cardinals are all in the top 20% (or at least were in the year when they won).
- linuxabuser, on 08/04/2008, -1/+0Although this is Digg, people should know that the Cubs are in the MLB and not the NBA (Support from NBA Commissioner David Stern)
- chadhuston, on 08/04/2008, -3/+1Yet the baseball teams with the biggest payrolls continue to win year after year (exception Florida Marlins)
- inactive, on 08/04/2008, -7/+5Why do ppl think Mark Cuban will make the Cubs good?
He is a terrible basketball owner that thinks you can buy a championship. -
