It sure would be nice if it actually caught on, hardcore, so that someday, maybe not to far into the future, everyone could buy one. It would even be better if it had a photocell 'paint' so that it could recharge in the parking lot while you're shopping for that environmentally friendly, fully recycled paperback book.

- Qtip42, on 07/17/2008, -0/+4Someone, somewhere is lobbying congress or working behind the scene to restrict a lot of ***** on these electric cars because you know you can't eliminate so many industries in one swoop without a fight. The electric car is great but I'll put money on the fact that they get overregulated from the get-go.
