I think it is high time that the "women are safer drivers" stereotype is finally kicked out the door, and just make insurance cost on a case-by-case basis. You drive *****, you have high insurance premiums, you have never been in an accident, and you have very few or no tickets, you get low insurance premiums. Start teenagers high, but as they prove themselves as safe drivers, lower it within a year or so.
