Milwaukee man files petition to pay parking fine, keep house
jsonline.com — The City of Milwaukee is foreclosing on the house of a disabled and mentally ill man due to an unpaid parking ticket. He got a $50 ticket for parking his van in the driveway without license plates. Well, the radiator had broken. No radiator = no emissions test, which, in turn = no plates.
