- enevitable, on 05/12/2009, -1/+60How the hell did I not know til now that Jay Leno has his own website for his garage.
***** awesome. - nc454, on 05/12/2009, -2/+38But does it transform?
- ShoeString73, on 05/13/2009, -1/+34Salesman: Spotted her the minute you walked in didn’t you sir? She’s a real beauty.
Fry: Yep she’s beautiful coffee alright.
Salesman: No the Ford Thunder Cougar Falcon Bird… Nothing makes you feel more like a man than a Thunder Cougar Falcon Bird. So how much were you thinking of spending on this Thunder-Cougar-Falcon-Bird?
Fry: Sorry, I’m not here to buy
Salesman: I understand, and it’s wonderful that you don’t care if anyone questions your sexual orientation
Fry: I care! I care plenty! *grabs the salesman* I just don’t know how to make em’ stop!
Salesman: One word.ThunderCougarFalconBird - nsanidy, on 05/12/2009, -0/+28I would love a day just to play around in Jay's garage.
EDIT: That sounds kinda sexy. - Cwo655321, on 05/13/2009, -1/+21FUUUUUUUUUUUCK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUU!
- bthree78, on 05/13/2009, -0/+20Screw late night talk. I'd like to see Jay do a show on cars for the Speed channel or something.
- TySchwab23, on 05/13/2009, -7/+26camaro>mustang
- Arsenard, on 05/12/2009, -4/+23If you like your bourbon straight, your cigars long, and the feel of a fine wom... I mean car under your hands, then the 2010 Camaro fills the bill!!!

- BoneStamp, on 05/13/2009, -1/+16I drove one all weekend, trust me... it did not blend in. There were people rolling down their windows at 80 MPH to take pictures with their camera phones.
- inactive, on 05/13/2009, -0/+12you should trade your wife in for one.
- CJArgus, on 05/13/2009, -1/+13I could listen to Jay Leno talk about cars all day.
... not so much his comedy. - bigmhanns, on 05/12/2009, -1/+12jay leno can sell cars.
- BoneStamp, on 05/13/2009, -2/+12I was able to borrow one of these last weekend (SS model). Obviously it kicks ass in a straight line, the most exciting part was how much fun it was around the corners. At the gas pump some guy came right up and just hopped in to see the interior. Suspension was firm but comfortable and the turning radius was surprisingly tight, which made the car feel really nimble... much more than significantly smaller, more expensive, European cars that I've owned.
- BoneStamp, on 05/13/2009, -0/+10Go drive one to find out.
- phrenzy, on 05/13/2009, -2/+11Wow that thing is gorgeous. Jay did a great job talking about the car too.
I'm mostly impressed with the apparent focus on handling, quality and workmanship. Being a BMW fan, I definitely like to hear that the suspension is comparable. The big disappointment with the Mustang to me was it's utterly cheap feeling interior and somewhat cheesy styling (the back mainly). The Camaro's interior looked solid and elegant, and the ass is just perfect.
I wish I wasn't 37, and losing my hair because I'd love to have a convertible version of this thing. If I did that now, I would just be screaming midlife crisis. Oh well. Wishing GM well with this beautiful car! (and the Volt) - fcukthisgame, on 05/12/2009, -1/+10That's great and all... but does it have enough chinroom--I mean, headroom for him?
- MScrip, on 05/13/2009, -0/+823 MPG for a 6.2 liter, 422 HP car.... that's not so bad...
- macfanboi, on 05/12/2009, -0/+7Trucker Tan and Denim Tuxedo, you rock Jay!
- alexllanio, on 05/13/2009, -1/+9Leno looks so high.
- strictnein, on 05/13/2009, -0/+8How about he wants one because he knows more about cars than you and I combined and doesn't rate a car by it's badge? Just a thought.
- cyrix, on 05/13/2009, -1/+9***** wow...dugg for amazing onomatopoeia.
- knowitman, on 05/13/2009, -0/+723 mpg may suck for the average everyday car, but this car wasn't exactly made to be an everyday economy driver. This car was made to be the weekend driver for raw and exhilarating power. That's why it has a 6.2L V8 with over 400hp and not a small economy 4 banger.
- strictnein, on 05/13/2009, -0/+7$30k = making a statement? 1980 called...
- chevyorange, on 05/13/2009, -0/+7The sad truth is the new "mullet car" is an old Honda CRX or Civic with a black hood and muffler with more metal in it than the car. Nothing is wrong with 300 - 400HP rear wheel drive cars, thank you very much.
- Isohunt, on 05/13/2009, -0/+6If I wanted a nine inch dick I'd fold it in half
- CyclonusRIP, on 05/13/2009, -0/+6Not saying you're completely wrong, but if you're in the market for a $30k car you can afford $5 a gallon. MPG is going to be a good selling point on $15-20k and under cars. For example if you are driving 15000 miles a year then at $5 a gallon you are spending $2500 at 30 mpg or $3750 at 20. $1250 probably isn't huge to you and you probably aren't driving 15000 miles anyways so it'll be even less.
- AquaOSX, on 05/13/2009, -1/+6Well, HP isn't everything. It's like MHz for cars. I'd rather look at real world performance times. Price aside for the moment, something like a WRX STi is going to be around 300hp, but it will pull a 0-60 time that equals or barely beats the V8 Camaro.
- JanusTheDoorman, on 05/13/2009, -0/+5God, I know I don't normally, y'know, believe in you, but if you get Jay Leno onto the American version of Top Gear, or just get him his own car show on that level, I'll convert to whatever you want.
- MScrip, on 05/13/2009, -0/+5Well... Jay has left late night and is moving to prime time... maybe he's got something in the works? :)
I know the reason I like Jay Leno... he actually owns tons of cars... so when he talk about them... he really knows about them.
I can waste so much time watching all the videos on his website. - HeDiggMe, on 05/13/2009, -0/+4I really wish they'd produce a version of Top Gear in the US and have Leno host it (rumor is they tried and he declined). But they still need to do something along those lines.
I'm not romanticizing the idea too much. NBC will still find a way to ***** it up. - SpeedSteamBoat, on 05/13/2009, -0/+4It gets you plenty what? Fatal collisions with normal sized cars?
- apollomurga, on 05/13/2009, -2/+6wow 425 horsepower for 30,000. is that a lot or am i just ignorant of cars?
- AnalogAssassin, on 05/13/2009, -5/+9I'm guessing all the haters would rather see Leno in a Prius or a Smart Car.
- plainOldFool, on 05/13/2009, -0/+4Jay Leno is not against green cars. He even thinks that hydrogen Honda Clarity may save the muscle car:
http://www.topgear.com/us/videos/more/james-tests- ...
You really shouldn't skip ahead as Top Gear is an awesome show, but Jay's take on the Clarity begins at 5:24. - SookIt, on 05/13/2009, -0/+4you need to be punched for that stupid ass coment dude
- michelspc, on 05/13/2009, -0/+4Jay is often a guest on a show called "My Classic Car" on the Speed channel. Check it out.
- inactive, on 05/13/2009, -0/+4the f-150 is the greatest selling vehicle of all time. usa usa usa
- knowitman, on 05/13/2009, -0/+3The car has been on the road for over a month now. The movie is still over a month away.
- inflation, on 05/13/2009, -1/+4pussy.
- billyvnilly, on 05/13/2009, -0/+3does camaro ss a disservice...
- AnalogAssassin, on 05/13/2009, -0/+3"With a sign on the front that said "Fender Champ"
Dugg for Zappa. - amadeusdemarzi, on 05/13/2009, -0/+3425 is decent, no doubt.
- fadetoone, on 05/13/2009, -2/+5You know, I do find it fascinating that the movie that featured this car has a sequel coming out before the car itself.
- _skin_, on 05/13/2009, -3/+6Cant wait to drive one of these... Z28 sure sounds sweet!
- JakePM, on 05/13/2009, -0/+3Leno "gets it"
- chevyorange, on 05/13/2009, -1/+4F-150.
- Qbryzan, on 05/13/2009, -1/+4"It wasn't very large, there was just enough room to cram the drum in the corner over by the Dodge, it was a '54 with a mashed up door and a cheezy little amp....wait, hold on, did you say 'Jay's Garage'? Dammit, I knew we shouldn't have taken that left turn at Albuquerque. Guys, we're in the wrong spot, everyone pack up, we're moving!"
- Leezus, on 05/13/2009, -0/+3There ought to be a place in hell for people that bury Zappa references.
- knowitman, on 05/13/2009, -0/+3WTF?
