- captainbethany, on 11/17/2008, -0/+12Whoa, the Renault tank logo of 1919 was badass.
- machocheese34, on 11/17/2008, -0/+7the first one looks like a swastika.
- inactive, on 11/17/2008, -4/+10lol yeah right I'm sure logos that intricate just evolved from millions of randomly colored pixels. NOT BUYING IT, CARWINISTS!
- Bebel, on 11/17/2008, -0/+6Even the article submitted is a lot better than this one.
- Demos27, on 11/17/2008, -1/+6Love the first VW logos lol.
- freehunter, on 11/17/2008, -0/+5Considering VW's founding was inspired by Hitler, I'd say that's no coincidence
- ribo, on 11/17/2008, -0/+4Wow, he screenshotted neatorama. Bury this ass.
- silver26, on 11/17/2008, -0/+3MUCH better article.
- feshmania, on 11/17/2008, -0/+2yea...but they're web 2.0 enabled.
- cmhdiamond, on 11/17/2008, -0/+2That was not surprising, since Hitler had much to do with the company becoming a reality. While the VW was originally the brain-child of Ferdinand Porsche, it was Hitler's vision for a volkswagen (literally translated as "peoples' car") that finally brought the company the opportunity to build the Porsche's small car in the mid to late 1930s.
- hiro, on 11/17/2008, -0/+2Not sure Buick and Cadillac could be classed as "famous". I doubt many people outside the USA have heard of them, Chrysler are better known
- ChrisLondon, on 11/17/2008, -3/+5You have to love the fact that the BMW and Alfa Romeo logos have hardly changed in nearly a century. They obviously paid a good designer to do it right the first time.
- paintpro, on 11/17/2008, -1/+3The 1919 Renault emblem should have been a guy waving a white flag.
- vashth3stampede, on 11/17/2008, -0/+2The best explanation of the BMW logo ever was from Finding Forrester, "White propeller zipping around a blue sky."
- Waynerz99, on 11/17/2008, -0/+2Cadillac was there...look again.
- captainbethany, on 11/17/2008, -0/+2I normally hate you, but this was a pretty funny comment.
- CLShortFuse, on 11/17/2008, -0/+2then follow the link ployd used because it has better quality pics.
Today's article stole the pictures from the site and converted them with again into a lossy jpg file. - brahimbb17, on 11/24/2008, -0/+1grat post

- whatignorance, on 11/17/2008, -0/+1The logo was designed to look like a swastika when it spins.
- marioara, on 11/17/2008, -0/+1Wow... I wouldn't recognize many of these if I saw them
- Oxygen, on 11/17/2008, -0/+13 Cadillac logos?

- Waynerz99, on 11/17/2008, -0/+1Buried for leaving out Ferrari / Lambo.
- josephbloseph, on 11/17/2008, -2/+2Yet for some particular reason, this is the first time it's made it to my reader thing year.
It's clearly labeled, if you don't want to see it again, don't click it. Seriously. - OwdenBowden, on 11/17/2008, -1/+1I really like the design of the Audi Autos but for the love of G-d would you take all the *****-Rings off the ***** car.

- cougarcub, on 11/18/2008, -0/+0Burried for being horribly broken on Opera.
- ericarlen, on 11/17/2008, -0/+0The Buick 1911 logo looks like a religious symbol. It belongs on the flag of some Middle Eastern country.
- bjarkebech, on 11/17/2008, -3/+1I hate how some of the latest changes just make them more glossy, chrome and 3Dish. It just makes it look so dull
- chompapotamus, on 11/17/2008, -3/+1i saw this on digg like 7 months ago
