Diesel Thief Uses Ingenious Device
carbuyersnotebook.com — Pennsylvania police have traced the theft of about a thousand gallons of diesel fuel to a pickup truck rigged with a vacuum hose and a concealed storage tank. The scheme involved parking the truck over a gas station's tank, lowering the vacuum and using the truck's engine to suck the diesel out of the ground.
