It is (naturally) covered by the countries' health care system and thus 100% free to the victims, and considered part of their treatment.

            BTW: He made app. average pay in the country. Not all plastic surgeons make millions in the private sector, some actually do doctors' jobs.

If you watch Spanish or Portuguese language television from Latin America, all the shows have scantily clad women on them. Latin America hasn't been infected with feminism like the US and Canada has and this is a good thing. Beauty pageants are very big in Latin America. They are the highest aspiration of the little girls there, as they should be. The weather and traffic girls on the news are all little 26 year old vixens in short skirts and revealing blouses, as they should be. I admire Latin America for this. The Latin American elite are also very racist and they prize women who have pure Spanish and Portuguese blood. For example, look at the Mexican mestizo women that migrate to the US and then look at the women on Univision who have almost 100% Spanish blood.

They looked more fit, had less ugly makeup on, and were just hotter. Now, granted, Brazil had many hot women. I'm just talking about the averages. If I had choose between a radomly selected 25-year-old form Brazil and one from some other place, my priorities would be Europe, then Canada, Argentina, Brazil and USA. I think it comes down to the mix of African, European, and Native American blood... you will see blond Brazilians, African-looking Brazilians, but most are "carioca" which means a mixture of all. Also there is a "beach culture" where everyone tries to look as good as possible for the beach.

      Tourists don't go to the favelas. You will die or get robbed if you go there. If you are in an area where there are no police on the streets, then you are not safe. Otherwise it is a good place to vacation.

You'll see people who are half black/asian and every mix of white/black/asian and indian imaginable. The mixed girls are BY FAR the hottest women in Jamaica. Trinidad has even more mixed races.     Yeah, I don't know how to respond to this. Oh well, Brazilian "features" are very sexy, but Brazilians are not definitively hot, nor do they corner the market on those features, nor are those features the end-all, be-all of hotness. So it's really more about real ass and a love of plastic surgery in the end.
