I'm not trying to be inflammatory or funny (which sorta goes against the commenting thing on here) but I wonder, how many people have played D&D who are reading this and what edition(s).. It's rare I see it mentioned, and yet this site is mainly nerds. I find that sad. I started playing it in like 11th grade (2001 or so) and started with 2E, but since my friends an I bought 3E and all the 3.5 books. We decided 4E looks too dumbed down for us, and that it seems like an attempt to just capture the MMO market.. it's just like dumbed down D&D.. I think 3.5 was damn near perfect.
So have you played it? Gimme a plus one if you've played D&D and maybe minus one if you haven't (that's what people do anyway, if a comment is about something they don't understand they bury it).. - Psych77, on 01/28/2009, -1/+10Or you get a life.
