Where Have All The Prom Queens Gone?
suicidegirls.com — There were several of us geeks in high school, several who saw those four years as long, arduous tests intended to cause so much trauma to us in order to prepare us for the rest of our lives. But as I make friends, many of whom tell me of their geeky status in high school, one question stands out to me. What happened to all the popular kids?

- AlaskaLoneWolf, on 10/13/2008, -0/+1...well I believe most of the ones that didn't finish in the top ten percent or win the lottery, have joined the rest of us in mediocracy... then there are the ones that got married, pregnant or killed, and they just seemed to dissappear into the sands of time.
- sjbdallas, on 10/14/2008, -0/+1It's unfortunate that we spend our high school years trying to impress people who don't matter, wish for the chance to date a cheerleader, get married to someone who you think is perfect, later realize that person was perfect your 22 or 23 year idea of perfect, get divorced by 40, and wish to god that you could go back in time and hook up with someone like Mur.
