    To give you just how out-of-place this is, let's take a computer program. When there is a bug in your program, the program stops running, or does not run in the first place. It does not suddenly begin replicating and overwriting critical files. That takes deliberate, malicious programming; the sort we usually associate with computer viruses.

    I don't understand why it should be any different for cells.
