Which ordinarily would just be a minor annoyance here in California, but he wore his pants *literally* below his butt, if they were even an inch lower there would have been a gap between pants and boxers. This combined with his small stature and him traveling uphill, resulted in a stride of about a foot and a half (if even that). And to make things worse he was on a razor scooter. So not only was he limited by his choice of attire, but also by a method of conveyance ten years defunct. If he had been simply walking he would have already been to his destination. I yelled at him to pull up his ***** pants and called him a *****, to which he had no response because it was at that point I noticed the white earbuds.
I weep for the future.
