- grandinferno, on 06/14/2009, -3/+41Dugg for the most unimaginative title on digg ever.
- Misinformant, on 06/14/2009, -1/+31And coming soon: "Some stuff happened at a place."
- Velocity14, on 06/14/2009, -0/+15At least it's a substantial set to peruse through. It's not the most professional gallery, but the sheer substance is enough to find engaging and successful photos.
- EnTaroTassadar, on 06/14/2009, -1/+14What an awe-inspiring title.
- GeorgeWKush, on 06/14/2009, -4/+10That title is full of suck.
- gtrob, on 06/14/2009, -0/+6I also love how the unimaginative title is matched by the standard "blurred headlights" picture thumbnail.
- DeskFlyer, on 06/14/2009, -0/+6It's amazing what a tripod can do for you.
(And lots of free time, too). - DeskFlyer, on 06/14/2009, -0/+5About ISO's what?
- skipvt, on 06/14/2009, -0/+5Very cool, but maybe it should be renamed *every* photograph taken at night...
- captainserial, on 06/14/2009, -1/+6They are?
- makkaveli19, on 06/14/2009, -1/+5*cough* great title.
- Aroundtown27, on 06/14/2009, -1/+5I wish people would turn down their iso when shooting at night and not frequently end up with what could be a decent photo ruined by the noise.
- CurtisSimpson, on 06/14/2009, -2/+6i wonder how this guy feels about ISO's
- zagatbuzz, on 06/15/2009, -0/+3Beautiful shots!
- DaltonZ, on 06/14/2009, -0/+3How is that contradictory to his use of the word?
- RackAddict, on 06/14/2009, -1/+4They are photographs. They were taken at night. The title is perfect. I can't think of anything that would be more appropriate.
The pics are pretty cool, too. ;-) - ThinkBox, on 06/14/2009, -2/+5I have seen most of these before. Not very unique. The pictures with people are horrible, you cant see them, and they add very little to the photo.
Nobody wants to look through 1700 photos. editing is one of the hardest jobs of a photographer. What you dont show can be just as important as what you do show. I think that this gallery is a testament to that. - jootix, on 06/14/2009, -0/+3This two is my favorite night shot of city

- twinklyJesus, on 06/14/2009, -0/+2He FEELS warm and fuzzy that ISOs can own something
- itsbob, on 06/14/2009, -0/+2If you would click on reply more people would understand WTF you are talking about.

- ThinkBox, on 06/14/2009, -1/+3then you shouldnt be a photographer... i just lugged a full pack of gear all around Petra for 9 hours, even though i only needed a tripod for a few shots. That is just what you do. Period.
If you are too lazy to bring gear with you, then you should find a different line of work. - tyger168, on 06/14/2009, -1/+3I call it, "Celebrity Houses...At Night!"
- Spacenoodle, on 06/14/2009, -0/+2I don't know why you are getting buried, I was about to post the same thing. Some of these shots are good, and others would be good or better if they weren't ruined by the massive amounts of noise in the photos.
- wonkavsn, on 06/14/2009, -1/+3Very grainy pics.
- EnTaroTassadar, on 06/14/2009, -0/+1[PIC]
- finn, on 06/14/2009, -1/+2nice, particular favorite of mine are the golden-gate bridge ones. Though it's a shame there's no (convenient) way to save them...
- DeskFlyer, on 06/14/2009, -0/+1...subject to grammar.
- cheerfulcynic, on 06/14/2009, -1/+2between this and the neon one, i think it's safe to say that i'll be avoiding thomas hawk galleries submitted to digg by jaybol from now on
http://digg.com/arts_culture/Neon_Days_and_Neon_Ni ... - PiggtailGirl, on 06/14/2009, -0/+1Followed by: "Things."
- Nitrogliserin, on 06/14/2009, -0/+1nice tripod job
- Nature1, on 06/15/2009, -1/+2These are all by the same person. It would have been nice if he took out the sucky ones.
- AmazingSteve, on 06/14/2009, -1/+2Stop using ***** HDR.
- babygirl09, on 06/14/2009, -0/+1add me please
- Velocity14, on 06/14/2009, -0/+1I used the term correctly as I did not skim through each one, but halted on many (yes, not all, but many) for contemplation. I actually observed the photographer's 'talent' and was intrigued because at one point, I was there -- using high ISO and trying to capture nighttime substance.
No. I did not skim. Yes, I chose the word peruse to correctly identify the action that I took because I am a fan of the English language being used properly. - doraemonxo, on 06/14/2009, -1/+2i had to stop the photostream after seeing the same picture 3x of some guy standing in the foreground overlooking the city. i'm really not sure why this got dugg.
- petethepanda, on 06/14/2009, -1/+2Not reading since the thumbnail is a picture of light trails on a street which is possibly the single most overtaken photograph of all time.
...Okay, actually reading, but just had to point that out. - inactive, on 06/14/2009, -0/+0I love Digg.
- twinklyJesus, on 06/14/2009, -2/+2You suck and Flickr hates you back, so there.
- cosworth99, on 06/14/2009, -2/+2Because %99 of diggers don't know what it means. His choice of words indicates he's skimming.
- TonicTuna, on 06/14/2009, -5/+5Most of those suck. I hate flickr.
- inactive, on 06/14/2009, -1/+0Perhaps he doesn't like dragging a tripod around.
- bbeep, on 06/14/2009, -4/+2I hope this post isn't a dupe, because this is a great set!
- wcaclimbing, on 06/14/2009, -5/+3These are beautiful.
- cosworth99, on 06/14/2009, -6/+2Chicken next? </wiggum>
- spartacus28, on 06/14/2009, -5/+1Or: Agreed there, awesome (?)
