So what we have here is a screen capture of a PDF being viewed inside IE where there's also a minimized IE session pointing to a porn site, all saved in a Word document. And an unverifiable claim that this was sent from a dentist. Big deal. I could whip something like that up in 30 seconds and make the same retarded claims. I seriously doubt that a dentist would send a document this way when it would make much more sense to simply send the PDF itself (especially since this is just a screen capture of part of one page of the PDF) or even better just a link to the PDF instead of a Word doc of a screen shot of an IE session of a PDF.
