  • cheerfulcynic, on 08/15/2009, -0/+4i just discovered "marshmallow fondant", you soften marshmallows in the microwave and knead butter/shortening and powdered sugar into it until it's fondant consistency.
    i used it on some "banana cake cookies" to sandwich the buttercream icing down to the cookie.
    it tasted SO GOOD compared to the nasty flour taste of regular fondant.
