I would love to see a reddit / digg psychedelic memoir thread of people's memories of extra sensory and other memorable experiences that changed their understanding of the subjectivity of human sober reality. It's amazing what a little propaganda can do to a collective unconsciousness.

LSD is,(only in my opinion)vital to experience at least once.
There is the school of thought about LSD vs. Mushrooms.
The only reason that I distrust LSD is because of the supply issue.
Mushrooms,I find very nice,provided that one trips in a positive environment.

I was recently watching a presentation with Terrance McKenna and he was
explaining how he saw the modern day schizophrenic as a sort of lost shaman in the
current times.I feel his hypothesis has a ring of truth to it.

but are they?I see them as most special (probably of all.)
I know several Shaman.I,a hardened left brain only lizard brain man.
They are the givers of dreams.All humans have a special and unique purpose in this life.

That said, DMT is the most intense thing I have ever experienced. Imagine the strongest LSD trip you've ever had... then multiply it by 10. That's the first 10 seconds of a DMT trip... the rest is pretty much indescribable. - thumperings, on 03/01/2008, -0/+3and then do it again to be sure.
