- tallphil, on 05/17/2009, -1/+29I'd dig it.
...I mean, digg it. - JKount, on 05/18/2009, -1/+25I enjoyed every pixel of it, I had to at the rate the photo loaded.
- jc7012, on 05/18/2009, -0/+12Reminded me of dial-up..
- rieuwa, on 05/18/2009, -0/+11There's an "international garden photographer of the year" competition?!
Very nice shot. For those interested in where it was taken (Tresco): http://www.igpoty.com/competition02/winners.asp
Tresco Abbey Gardens:

http://tinypic.com/r/24mwe3l/5 - chessoriginal, on 05/18/2009, -0/+10hmm am I the only one who doesn't think this is anything special? There are hundreds of pictures on the internet like this thanks to photoshop.
- mcgannon2007, on 05/18/2009, -2/+11Looks fake.
- WhoDoneIt, on 05/18/2009, -2/+10LOL.. idiot. It's infrared photography. Fail.
- Stevanoski, on 05/17/2009, -1/+9Absolutely!
- greenlightison, on 05/18/2009, -0/+6http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infrared_photography
na infrared, prob a little ps too - greenlightison, on 05/18/2009, -0/+5http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infrared_photography
its not photoshop, its infrared photography, tho some minor photoshop will have been used to put it on the web - Scruffo, on 05/18/2009, -1/+6You went through waaaay to much work for that joke. I did lol, however.
- Dronez, on 05/18/2009, -1/+6This picture is disgusting, it's way overly busy. It looks like a photography trend pot pori all mixed up into some giant soup. The girl is sitting awkwardly at the edge of the photo causing unnecessary tension.
- GlerkyDestiny, on 05/18/2009, -1/+6 I think the black and white takes away from the picture. Gardens are suppose to be about the colors of nature.
- Mikey129, on 05/18/2009, -1/+6Why the redundant use of [PHOTO]?
- bfrpsw, on 05/18/2009, -0/+4Beauty may know no bounds, but in this case, neither does taste. I find this image clichéd, cheesy, and basically unpleasant.
Hate to be a downer though. - tgpuckett, on 05/18/2009, -0/+4I doubt it's fake. It was probably taken on Infrared B&W Film. B&W film has a much higher dynamic range (something like 11 stops depending on the film) than photoshop, digital, or even color film can replicate.
- Livert, on 05/18/2009, -3/+7meh
- Nature1, on 05/18/2009, -0/+4I like infared/black and white photos...

- visionaryIX, on 05/18/2009, -0/+3Tinypic sucks.
- LonelyTylenoL, on 05/18/2009, -1/+4No it wouldn't.
- hairydotus, on 05/18/2009, -0/+3Infrared not fake
- flaminglips, on 05/18/2009, -0/+2That pun was dirty.
- opiniastrous, on 05/18/2009, -0/+2Mate, without wanting to sound like a prick, you need to pick yourself up, get over it, and keep on going. You sound like you're overly emotional at the moment. ***** happens. Acknowledge it, reason with it and you'll be fine.
Again, not trying to be negative... - Cryptopsy, on 05/18/2009, -0/+2Disgusting??!! Really?
- chessoriginal, on 05/18/2009, -0/+2ya i know about infra-red photography and such. what i was saying was that you could get the same results in photoshop, and that there are hundreds of photos like this online with or without photoshop.
- AgentRoyIV, on 05/18/2009, -0/+2Kind of looks like a combination of Infrared and HDR photography
- JackGrinnan, on 05/19/2009, -0/+2YES IT WOULD
- msparks789, on 05/18/2009, -0/+2Link for higher resolution?
- thebeginning, on 05/18/2009, -0/+1While the infrared is beautiful (I'm a fan of IR film), I really don't see how this won photo of the year.
- ShiningSquirrel, on 05/18/2009, -1/+2"This function is not allowed."
Nothing to see. - asgardshill, on 05/18/2009, -1/+2So where're the rows of beans, zucchini, and ears of corn? Some garden (scoff).
- mishaco, on 05/18/2009, -0/+1l33t 33.6

- sourabhg, on 05/18/2009, -0/+1When things are easy...destination is immaterial only journey matters.
- d2cole, on 05/18/2009, -0/+1real > photoshop
- Hellahulla, on 05/18/2009, -0/+1Yeah, I don't find it too impressive really either, still it is nice, just not ... special.
- danesis, on 05/18/2009, -0/+1The real location:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/roger/2556713326/ - ShiningSquirrel, on 05/20/2009, -0/+1Thank you! That is a pretty cool picture.
- fety, on 05/18/2009, -0/+1...was I the only one that was expecting some beautiful weed grow-op picture?
- mongrel, on 05/18/2009, -0/+1"Can I cook, or can't I?"
- d2cole, on 05/18/2009, -0/+1nah, he only saves princesses
- Sejes89, on 05/18/2009, -1/+1Can somebody tell me how they got a photo of Heaven if I don't even believe that it really exists?
- LonelyTylenoL, on 05/18/2009, -1/+1I agree!
- smogger01, on 05/18/2009, -0/+0Bring them back save and sound ... and we'll conquer space once more.
