What's funny/interesting about this is that someone has taken his mode of communication and turned it in to a one-to-one communication medium. It's a juxtaposition of artform and purpose.

he's pretty good. and people mostly consider his work street art, rather than "graffiti". Someone was once fined for spraying over banksy's work, as it had become a bit of a tourist attraction.
