- popzero, on 04/12/2009, -0/+13Yeah, nifty, but the text & photo don't really explain the method. Is she just using those colored smoke bombs? The kid in me has never counted those as fireworks...
- badqat, on 04/12/2009, -0/+8Uh, fireworks, perhaps?
- inactive, on 04/13/2009, -0/+5the technique looks pretty toxic to me
- ultraseamus, on 04/13/2009, -0/+3I hate the huge backlash on Digg that makes it completely unacceptable to not view every piece of artwork as a miraculous gift from God. And the slogan of this group is always "if you can not duplicate the work exactly, then it is not your place to criticize".
- jrackow, on 04/13/2009, -0/+3it looks like she mostly uses colorful smoke bombs and covers them with different sized cans, or jars. Then, on the long oval lines, she simply slides them.
- OLTP, on 04/13/2009, -0/+3Usually I just see a bunch of black left on the pavement. Never tried with smokebombs though. I bet her neighbors love her.
- ZeroCubed, on 04/13/2009, -1/+4A very cool and creative way to do art. I would LOVE to buy one.
- soil, on 04/13/2009, -0/+2Yeah, I was wondering about that. I hope she gets some serious filters for her mask. Otherwise, it just doesn't seem worth it. Maybe she bought some non-toxic fireworks or something. I hope so.
I like this beautiful simplicity. - CuedUp, on 04/13/2009, -0/+2Wow, check out the rest of her stuff...always wanted to see what would happen to the roadrunner one day!
http://tinyurl.com/cdrmp2 - jrackow, on 04/13/2009, -0/+2It does, indeed. A hazard of the job, but the art is really interesting.
- ladysherwood, on 04/13/2009, -0/+2seeing things like this makes me lament over how mind-numbingly ordinary and non-creative I am. however, I wonder how she came up with the idea, thought it was good, and tried it. I would be afraid of hurting myself or burning my house down. but all that being said, great jorb.
- ePuck, on 04/13/2009, -0/+2Wow this is pretty neat, you can do a lot more with it than just this..
- inactive, on 04/13/2009, -0/+2OH! Smoke bombs!
Yeah, that doesn't really rank as a firework in my book. - Schda, on 04/14/2009, -0/+2If you think that's creative, check out some of her other art... the scrambler art is pretty cool too.
- Radan, on 04/13/2009, -1/+3Am I the only one who expected to see some vector graphics done in Adobe Fireworks by reading the title? Maybe I just need to work less.
- piratequeen89, on 04/17/2009, -0/+1Ooops i didn't realise that she explains it on her website! Nevermind!
- SneakyNinja, on 04/13/2009, -2/+3This is totally my style. I want one of these for my house!
- lettruthout, on 04/13/2009, -0/+1Is it art or just a high-pollution novelty? It sure pales in comparison to Andy Goldsworthy who's on the low end of the pollution spectrum...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andy_Goldsworthy - piratequeen89, on 04/17/2009, -0/+1Is it a fair ground ride that she uses to make those scrambler drawings?!!
- KingGorilla, on 04/13/2009, -0/+1Those drawings look like something I did on kidpix. Good times with that program
- piratequeen89, on 04/17/2009, -0/+1That's ***** awesome!
- randmcnally, on 04/13/2009, -2/+1farts are jazz to *****.
- OzzieAlThor, on 04/13/2009, -4/+3Looks stupid.
- inactive, on 04/12/2009, -5/+2I have no idea how she does it, but those looked cool.
- inactive, on 04/12/2009, -6/+0Thanks. Next time you make art like this with fireworks, please post a pic of it. It must be real easy.
