- OliversDigg, on 05/07/2008, -11/+4i also digg'd
- caddyalan, on 05/07/2008, -13/+2Only relevant to people with broadband connections. Online video is useless through dial-up.
- DangerDee, on 05/07/2008, -2/+101998 called and wants their internet back
- Ninjao, on 05/07/2008, -1/+3I don't know anyone with dial-up internet. It's probably cheaper getting basic DSL than Dial-up here.
- Rotzooi, on 05/07/2008, -1/+4So you're saying I shouldn't wait for my 300 baud modem to finish downloading the page?
- louiebaur, on 05/07/2008, -6/+5cool
- whiteknives, on 05/07/2008, -9/+1The sky is blue.
- noupsell, on 05/07/2008, -1/+6hmmm interesting profile whiteknives: "Cute and single tech-head in Los Angeles area seeking beautiful, rich, intuitive, tech-loving woman..."
looks like it's not the 'sky' that is 'blue' in your world
- noupsell, on 05/07/2008, -1/+6hmmm interesting profile whiteknives: "Cute and single tech-head in Los Angeles area seeking beautiful, rich, intuitive, tech-loving woman..."

- kida101, on 05/07/2008, -9/+1I believe that the future of film making will be done thru digital distribution...just you wait and see.

See I just did it...ha- boombye, on 05/07/2008, -0/+1Films are already distributed digitally. Amazon and XBOX Live for example.

- smacksaw, on 05/07/2008, -6/+1I dugg this simply to add to the commentspam, which up until now has been pretty hilarious. The sky is blue and so is broadband.
Anyone see that episode of Newsradio where Jimmy James interviews the guy who says he's a "business visionary" and they get him on the air and he says that computers are the future? That reminds me of this article and the commentspam from the subby's friends.- SmellyFingers, on 05/07/2008, -5/+1BURIED FOR SPAM!

- SmellyFingers, on 05/07/2008, -5/+1BURIED FOR SPAM!
- blackturtleus, on 05/07/2008, -3/+1I'm very close to canceling my satellite TV service and just watching video from the internet. It's cheaper and the quality is just about as good. As for internet stars like nalts or hotforwords crossing over to the big screen... it may happen! I have a book out called "Evil Wilie" that features characters loosely based on various YouTube personalities. Basic Info: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7b7vQZ9GjU
- cadmiumpaint, on 05/07/2008, -1/+2youtube is great but the resolution, sound and overall quality is barely watchable. I mean if there was a way to get HD content full size on a 40" tv with the same idea as youtube then that would be the ultimate. maybe in a few years...
- boombye, on 05/07/2008, -1/+1check out vimeo.com and gametrailers.com for their hd video sections, also try abc.com for streaming hd
