Here you go:
http://1dak.com/art/reflection-of-life-with-legos- ... - Omek, on 06/06/2008, -3/+258Nice... It's rather strange to see them all smiling in war scenarios though.
- Chan815, on 06/06/2008, -5/+135Dugg for tennis girl
- tonich03, on 06/06/2008, -3/+100The blog that gets these and puts them side to side with the originals will get my digg... just throwing it out there.
- IphtashuFitz, on 06/06/2008, -0/+60Not to mention the one of the Buddhist monk who immolated himself. It's downright freaky to see the smiles in those recreations of rather serious/intense situations.
- Zoctogon, on 06/06/2008, -0/+46Let the Lego vs Legos war begin.
- moat211, on 06/06/2008, -1/+38Dugg for the "Hand of God" goal.
- consoneo, on 06/06/2008, -0/+31That should have been the original digg. Bravo!
- shaggyb, on 06/06/2008, -0/+29The one of the guy getting executed was quite disturbing with the smiley face...

Whoever made this was a big fan of Magnum photographers. - MadOgre, on 06/07/2008, -0/+23I think the lego smiles makes some of them creepy as hell.
- inactive, on 06/06/2008, -2/+23you also find crap and cam whores.
- str1fe, on 06/07/2008, -0/+20It missed a few, most notably the monk on fire.
- BoydRE, on 06/07/2008, -0/+20http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tennis_Girl
- Markpdotcom, on 06/07/2008, -1/+17There is no war. Its just LEGO. Its a trademarked name.
From the LEGO website:
"Please be sure to spell the brand name "LEGO" in capital letters and use it as an adjective and not a noun. For example you should write "Models built of LEGO bricks" and not "Models built of Lego"."
http://www.lego.com/eng/service/faqs.asp?section=C ... - Cornloaf, on 06/07/2008, -1/+17Leggo? As in my Eggo?
- Brodels, on 06/07/2008, -0/+15The obvious is good enough.
- kappuru, on 06/07/2008, -0/+15Needs Lee Harvey Oswald getting shot by Jack Ruby. The rest are excellent and immediately identifiable though.
/photo student - tonich03, on 06/06/2008, -1/+16Seriously, is that photograph famous? What for?(Besides the obvious reasons)
- T8erT0T, on 06/06/2008, -2/+15Would have been better to do a side-by-side of the actual to Lego.
- karkin, on 06/06/2008, -2/+14They all look so happy!
- Klarth, on 06/07/2008, -6/+17Great article. Second time I've redd it today, MrBabyMan.

Lego is Lego, not Legos... just saying it sounds wrong - voodoosteve84, on 06/07/2008, -0/+9I busted out laughing when I saw storm troopers
- windandstorm, on 06/07/2008, -0/+9Especially that guy on fire!
- szap, on 06/07/2008, -0/+8Here are the originals. Of course when I was halfway through making this list, I realized that if you click the "I" at the center of the pictures on flickr it brings up all the information. Here they are anyway.

- eSentrik, on 06/07/2008, -0/+7Dugg for lego!
- str1fe, on 06/07/2008, -0/+7At least post the actual article...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tennis_Girl - malvado, on 06/07/2008, -1/+8which one? they were both staged.
- Snokage, on 06/06/2008, -0/+7it seems that our addiction to lego stuff is unhealthy
- bmarc, on 06/07/2008, -0/+7thanks for sharing..
- schrankage, on 06/07/2008, -0/+7I think the originals looked a lot more realistic.
- SadMartigan, on 11/25/2008, -0/+6flickr loves you
- sf49rox, on 06/06/2008, -2/+8I wish instead of the Hand of God, they had Zidane's headbutt
- redfred18t, on 06/07/2008, -1/+7The burning monk is just pure awesome.
- JamesZB, on 06/07/2008, -1/+7The Lego Group encourages people to call them Lego Bricks, not Legos.
- MrBabyMan, on 06/07/2008, -2/+8Digg Community= 3 million registered users. "majority of the Digg community"= more than 1.5 million registered users. This tweet turned up exponentially more supporters than detractors. Sorry to disappoint you. Feel free to block me if you don't want to see my contributions, however.
- LoveYouSomeEric, on 06/07/2008, -0/+6They went through a lot of training on how to use the Hasselblad 500EL cameras that they took up with them, though I imagine that it would be really hard to make the first photos ever taken on the moon NOT look epic. Interestingly, there are 12 of those cameras still on the moon. They brought back all the film but left the bodies.
- theboozer, on 06/07/2008, -1/+6Word. Burning monk FTW.
- Hererinc, on 06/07/2008, -1/+6great photos.. well crafted and staged... great use of depth of field..
- rpong1981, on 06/06/2008, -1/+6Contrary to tonich03 and T9erT0T, I enjoyed guessing the picture and source then clicking for background information. I like that flickr doesn't expose the information early and allows for it to be more of a guessing game as opposed to side by side. Dugg for the sources and links to the original pictures. This post was entertaining and kept me from doing work on a Friday afternoon. Thanks
- EpicSelekta, on 06/07/2008, -0/+5I'd say it's rather zen
- GoMegaMan426, on 06/07/2008, -2/+7I find it strangely fascinating that Nguyen Ngoc Loan, South Vietnam’s national police chief, is smiling as he is executing the VC captain. Wait the prisoner is smiling too. LOL!
- jedisushi, on 06/06/2008, -16/+21I love being a part of the Flickr community. You can always find inspiring work there to brighten up your day. It's one of my favorite places on the internet.
- s4g4n, on 06/06/2008, -4/+9Jesus looks pissed in slide 14.
