- Burento, on 03/05/2009, -1/+8I once saw some old ladies fist fighting over some stupid beanie baby at a flower shop near my old house. Crazy...
- Cannonballkid, on 03/06/2009, -0/+7A ball- go outside and play, come back before dinner
- Onoskelis, on 03/06/2009, -2/+7That Fleshlite I bought was the best purchase in my life.
- Liam2012, on 03/06/2009, -5/+10I never understood the appeal of a Slinky--the box should have read for ages 3 and up and IQs 80 and under.
- DouglasQ, on 03/06/2009, -0/+5The thumbnail is the most sinister image I've ever seen.
- PrettyGreen, on 03/06/2009, -0/+5Dugg for G.I. Joe saying "Let's plan our dream wedding!" to little boys. Bahahaha...

Vegetation does not produce babies. I'm still haunted by the image of that dark and creepy room.

- SirBrittanicus, on 03/06/2009, -0/+3I always wanted to make toys. Seems like it'd be a lot of fun. :)
- acetv, on 03/06/2009, -0/+2Most likely a Webkinz. A friend of mine worked in a flower shop---she would get calls every day when they opened asking if they had any.
If you've ever worked at a game store, it's basically the exact same thing as the Wii fever. - mkmega, on 03/06/2009, -0/+2MY PET MONSTER!!!

- TheGreatZarquon, on 03/07/2009, -0/+1Reminds me of this gift store that used to be down the street from me in Vegas. I went there one day for a green lightbulb, but I got there a few minutes before it opened so I waited. Then I noticed all these people that were actually camping in their truckbeds and on little plastic stools outside the store, waiting for it to open so they could rush in and buy Beanie Babies. The lady who owned the store opened up, put her head out the door, yelled "NO BEANIES TODAY!" and vanished back inside. The angry mob began screaming and actually crying about the unfairness of it all, and I G'd the F.O. before they could turn actually violent.
People are ***** idiots for the stupidest reasons. - SammyboyKIDDAH, on 03/06/2009, -1/+2The appeal of a Slinky, is that they can go down the stairs, all by themselves...
- andreo, on 03/07/2009, -0/+1What? No Log?!
Everyone loves Log... - bcassner, on 03/06/2009, -0/+1What about Lego's, Lincoln Logs, Matchbox cars, electric race tracks and playdoh?
- Twee, on 03/06/2009, -0/+1My little sister has about 30 of those stupid webkinz things.
- JJ46829, on 03/12/2009, -0/+0Barbie has been a favorite toy for generations - now a lawmaker wants to ban it?
Barbie has been affecting little girls and boys for almost 50 years. Can you recall any other toy with such an impact on our culture. Just today, a lawmaker in West Virginia wants to propose a ban on the sale of Barbie.

- bigrobbyx, on 03/06/2009, -1/+1I always hated the crap that came out and everyone got obsessed over... then I had a daughter and I have to chase this stuff down, and I hate it even more. Thank god for Amazon and Newegg
- kapow7, on 03/06/2009, -1/+1Ah yes, I saw this too. However, it was fan boys, arguing over a console/operating system, on an online forum/media site on the internet. Definitely no fist fight, but I could of sworn that a few keys had their paint worn away slightly after a few posts.
Nannas are just so much more gangsta IMO. - banmeagaindigg, on 03/06/2009, -2/+1Nerd.
- babacanx, on 03/06/2009, -2/+0hmmm good post
- Astark, on 03/06/2009, -3/+0Are any of the toys in this article really anyone's favorite? Anyone who currently plays with toys? And since when is a game a toy?
