- auer1816, on 09/23/2008, -0/+54You know you've found the right one if your wife agrees to binary rings.
- ironeus, on 09/23/2008, -2/+37Nuts and bolts ring is a fair representation for most grooms: you're getting screwed.
- MacBookForMe, on 09/23/2008, -0/+24My pick was 'remember ring'
- AmyVernon, on 09/23/2008, -0/+19I believe you meant:
http://instantrimshot.com/ - dezweber, on 09/23/2008, -0/+17Bone ring? That just sounds so dirty...
- T00NY, on 09/23/2008, -0/+17Black diamond titanium rings rock!
- ScottMcIntyre, on 09/23/2008, -2/+17A collection of extremely creative rings. The nuts and bolts pair remind me of something that fell out of my washing machine! I do like the very trendy ethernet rings- that's taking connectivity seriously!
- inactive, on 09/23/2008, -0/+14Intertwined Rings - this one looks cool and fashionable.
- Selkies, on 09/23/2008, -0/+12also known as the token ring
- jd33, on 09/23/2008, -1/+13FTA: "If you ignore the Remember Ring's heating reminder for more than a day, a magnetic sensor inside the ring interacts with a magnetic ear piece resulting in multiple, self-induced bitchslaps."
j/k - Selkies, on 09/23/2008, -2/+13ba dum tish
- chuck667, on 09/24/2008, -0/+7Wow. sucks to be you.
- thegrantman, on 09/24/2008, -0/+7That would be the vagina.
- msheppard, on 09/24/2008, -2/+9Best wedding ring inscription ever == "Put This Back On"
M@ - AmyVernon, on 09/23/2008, -0/+6Love the remember ring; too bad it's only a concept...
- DickyT83, on 09/24/2008, -1/+7"She'll pretty much have to."
- artofficial, on 09/24/2008, -0/+5wow...lonely much?
- frozensnake, on 09/24/2008, -1/+6what about the one ring to rule them all?
- thegrantman, on 09/24/2008, -0/+4Me either.Watches too.
- desertDenizen, on 09/24/2008, -0/+4They absolutely rock. I got mine two weeks ago, and people ask about it everywhere I go. (It's also 12mm wide, so hard to miss.)
The only downside is that in the event of an accident, ER doctors won't be able to cut it off. They'll have to remove the finger instead. So size it on the larger side and take it off fast if you ever hurt your finger, before swelling sets in. Firefighters aren't even allowed to wear titanium rings. - Frodoholic, on 09/24/2008, -0/+3I'm a girl -_-
- mbm985, on 09/24/2008, -0/+2The ethernet ones were my favorite. They were so cute, I wish a guy would get me one of those.
- phoenix2330, on 09/24/2008, -0/+2i like the bone rings a lot. it's like having a piece of the person you love, with you at all times. it would have a special meaning and look awesome at the same time
- tchynerd, on 09/24/2008, -0/+2A friend of mine has a Tungsten wedding ring which i think is pretty sweet. Not as creative as some of these but it is really shiny and strong and chip resistant.
- glasnt, on 09/24/2008, -1/+3Nothing says I love you more than proposing with a $2 gumball machine ring, then going to Wallace Bishop together to pick out something modest and thoughtful for the both of you :$
- schnikies79, on 09/24/2008, -1/+3Married or not, I can't stand wearing rings. I can't get used to it.
- mllawso, on 09/24/2008, -0/+2And creepy as hell.
"Oh, what's your ring made out of?"
"Human remains!" - brodieface, on 09/24/2008, -2/+4I like to make bone rings out of all the wives I've killed.
It's just a cute little memento. - n8dude, on 09/24/2008, -0/+2Who needs remember rings when you have google calendar :P
- dellatlas, on 10/08/2008, -0/+2I just bought a replacement ring (the first one on this page: http://www.danforthdiamond.com/women's-wedding-rin ... ), the old one was worn and a little snug. Now I wish I had seen this page earlier. I'd be sporting a binary ring.
- Frodoholic, on 09/24/2008, -1/+3I think it'd be cool to get a plain ring with something written in Elvish on it :)
- monkeyshines, on 09/24/2008, -0/+2Oh man, I'd love to see the owner's reaction when the plastic tab breaks off the Ethernet ring.
- ansatsu29, on 09/24/2008, -0/+2Dugg for the intertwined rings.
- meiran, on 09/25/2008, -0/+1Or those numbers could be grossly overinflated and completely not representative of the actual divorce rate...but hey, let's all be cynical, it'll be fun!
Marriage isn't something that's easy or flippant, but to people who actually go into it with open eyes and the desire to really be partners for the rest of their lives, it can have a lot more rewards than risks. - flawedprefect, on 09/24/2008, -0/+1I wonder how long those folk will be married before "honey... how 'bout a screw?" jokes wear thin.
- Lbr218, on 09/24/2008, -0/+1i thought the decoder ring was gorgeous. and the binary one as well, even though I don't know how to read binary.
- w3bsmith, on 02/19/2009, -0/+1So the starting comment was way off base. Plating is a new technology relative to the length of time rings have been made. People have always made unique rings and used them as a savings account of sorts.
- LogicBomB, on 09/24/2008, -0/+1But only when you are together.
- Tonamel, on 09/24/2008, -0/+1The sphere ring was pretty awesome, but how often are you going to take it off to open it?
- thelastknowngod, on 09/24/2008, -1/+2i dont believe that it is illegal to make a ring out of coins in the US. its only illegal if you try to pay for something with it after making the change.
hell, it might help with the excessive printing of our currency going on.. - mysn239, on 09/24/2008, -2/+3The best thing about they all cost under $25!
- mllawso, on 09/24/2008, -0/+1But we love each other! That could never happen!
- rukeypoo, on 09/24/2008, -0/+1Yeah. You're gonna put that ring on a female sometime soon.
- mllawso, on 09/24/2008, -0/+1Good luck with your shallow, boring life; yuppie.
- mllawso, on 09/24/2008, -0/+1I was in a bad mood when I made that comment, sorry.
Still, there are women out there that would think any one of these rings are great. To be honest, I'm not interested in a gold-digger who thinks the only true expression of love is cash. Give a girl some hideous, yet thoughtful ring and see how she reacts; if she's a shallow, stuck up bitch: dump her. It's not worth it.
I cast a ring out of aluminum (from pop cans) for my current SO 2 years ago, and she still wears it every day. It was an original, thoughtful (and dorky) gift: and that's why she loves it. It cost me a bag of charcoal, 5 hours, and some minor scarring on my arm.
People need to stop taking themselves so seriously: how much the ring costs, or how it looks means nothing. It's the reason you got it that matters. Yes, I'm a dork: but I don't let it bother me because it's who I am. Women like confidence, hookers like money. - joy2k9, on 09/24/2008, -0/+1the techie rings doesnt looked cool to me...and also the bone rings...
- dianebl, on 09/24/2008, -0/+1You sound like you need some serious therapy.
- tobybarnett, on 09/24/2008, -1/+2yea that ring is pretty sweet
- Obsidian743, on 09/24/2008, -0/+1My comment had nothing to do with me personally, *****. You, obviously, know nothing about women.
