- awa64, on 01/15/2009, -0/+11Hearses are plenty up-to-date.
It's just that they get used so rarely that the 50-year-old ones are still on the road... and why spend $60,000 on a new hearse when the old one works just fine? - homeslice57, on 01/15/2009, -1/+11That's what she said.

- Heidenreich12, on 01/15/2009, -0/+9The Hearse was redesigned. Look at the Dodge Magnum

- serif69, on 01/15/2009, -0/+8If you're going from South Carolina to Vermont and you end up in Newark, there is something wrong with you, not the roads.
- serif69, on 01/15/2009, -1/+7Dear stuck up New Yorkers,
Deal with it or move. Preferably not here.

- jeffwmartin, on 01/15/2009, -0/+5Monopoly money has been redesigned. My son got Monopoly for Christmas and the prices have been updated and you use a debit card instead of paper money. Makes the game go much faster.

http://www.photokina-show.com/news_images/00357_lo ... - krahzee, on 01/15/2009, -0/+4The author got the scratch-off lotto tickets all wrong. They will never change the principle behind them: That they are that tacky on purpose.
They are made that tacky to attract attention from behind a counter. If they were made less garish, people would not notice and impulsively buy them nearly as often. Lotto is one of those purchases that is often an add on for the consumer. Get a tank of gas, walk in to pay a decide "***** it" and ask for a $5 scratcher too. - Llanowar, on 01/15/2009, -0/+4http://rorr.im

- groo68, on 01/15/2009, -0/+3well they probably estimated how many people would buy them over the years, rented a factory for a month and made enough to last 20 years. saves money in upkeep. they just need one Indiana Jones warehouse.

Maybe it's not the drive but the mechanic. ;) - jbmcb, on 01/15/2009, -0/+2It's American Cheese, which is designed to be melted over things without getting gloppy, thin or runny. It serves it's purpose, you're not supposed to eat it on crackers or cold sandwiches.
- inactive, on 01/15/2009, -0/+2Those things suck balls for consumers too!
- inactive, on 01/15/2009, -0/+2On TV remotes - there are lots of good universal remote solutions that are more elegant than what comes with your TV/Stereo/DVD player. I have a Logitech Harmony remote, for example. They're programmable, not all that many buttons and they have an interactive screen with simple commands like "watch a DVD" that turns on the TV, sets it to the right input, turns on the DVD player and anything else you want turned on at the same time. Not trying to plug Logitech - there are other manufacturers out there. That's just the one I have.
- chaiwalla, on 01/16/2009, -0/+2Car seats for babies and children. They are not only hard to set up but a total drag every time you have to put your kid into one. Good design would allow your kid to buckle himself in.
- davidrools, on 01/15/2009, -0/+2they're working on it: http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.htm ...

- GalacticRerun, on 01/15/2009, -0/+2It should be redesigned. I spent a more time than necessary looking for the title logo to click to the home page. Being different for the sake of it is not good design.
- julianmaestas, on 01/15/2009, -1/+3it's down already...
