- kevinmotel, on 10/10/2007, -2/+71Next up, a baby, a wiimote, and an iphone, which survives a fall off a kitchen table?
- MrBabyMan, on 10/10/2007, -4/+65I seem to be having a problem testing this out. My Wii sensor bar does not recognize a newborn.
- bightchee, on 10/10/2007, -0/+59To their credit neither the iPhone nor the Wii poops itself.
- TheRascalKing, on 10/10/2007, -3/+53I've picked up and swung all three by the cord. Guess which one reacted the most adversely.
- suxmonkey, on 10/10/2007, -4/+38Dugg for hilarious weirdness. Happy Monday everyone!
- hartley, on 10/10/2007, -1/+33Pbbt, the baby doesn't even have bluetooth.

- Shiner6, on 10/10/2007, -1/+19Glad this wasn't a "Will it Blend"
- ardavis, on 10/10/2007, -1/+18...my baby has a blue-teething ring.
- HueytheFreeman, on 10/10/2007, -0/+17Dugg for using baby in experiments.
- 80hd, on 10/10/2007, -0/+15So saturday I was unlucky enough to drive through Gary Indiana and saw a billboard that simply said "NEVER NEVER SHAKE A BABY" I can't stop thinking about that now.....
- CDoug03, on 10/10/2007, -0/+13Don't discount the genius babies that can use an iPhone and a Wii.
- fotbr, on 10/10/2007, -2/+14Never Never.....thats the same as "Always" right?
- jtbandes, on 10/10/2007, -1/+12Your username... ah, the irony.
- Ninjab3ar, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10dugg for the picture of the baby alone!
- pixelate, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7Wow, that's the only time I've ever heard someone say "that would be a great name for a band" in reference to something that would be a terrible name for a band.
- MattAmos, on 10/10/2007, -1/+8Tell me you seriously didn't notice the XX hours ago? Ass-hat.
- 80hd, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7I hope you blend
- matthewf01, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7Performance may be affected by bright or direct sunlight, or a dirty diaper.
- josefresco, on 10/10/2007, -3/+9I'm not usually a hater but /this/ made the front page? *sigh*
- protogenxl, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6They forgot the Plasma Screen Impact Test.
- alex7575, on 10/10/2007, -2/+8Sounds like a case of the Tuesday's to me...
- skabyss, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7Dude, my newborn and wiimote work fine, you must have plugged the wire into the wrong hole in the baby...
- chris9902, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5somebody get this guy a clue
- Pokez, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Yep, if i got a wiimote , and didnt have a wii, i would really be pissed it wasn't the baby!
- hartley, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5We've had a similar campaign going on in Florida for a little while now, the poster has a picture of a "rock" guy. *white t-shirt and a vest?* and the caption says ROCK! Never shake a baby.
- sv650touring, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5I just hope you got the message, which was that you NEVER shake a baby. Shaking causes the juices to run out and you'll be left with a dry baby, and then only the backstrap/tenderloin will be worth a damn, and you may as well feed the rest to the dog.
Since I don't have a dog, I NEVER shake babies. - Nikonian, on 08/17/2008, -0/+4lol
- Rupan, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5And, its a 3 day weekend so tuesday would be the proverbial mondays.
- TheCheeks, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4haha, i needed a good laugh
- slipkn0tz23, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Sir, have you been touching a child's "A button"?
- krunchyfrog, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4I would prefer the study:
iPhone, Wiimote, or newborn baby: Which would be the best gift from your ex-girlfriend/ex-wife?
That would be amusing :) - krunchyfrog, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5oh oh oh I know!
The wiimote has been designed for that!
What do I win? - slipkn0tz23, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Whoosh!
- mournsanity, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Even more interesting in my opinion is that the moro reflex is actually a remnant from a long-gone ancestor that has no real tangible benefit to modern humans. From wikipedia:
The origin of this reflex can be found in that fact that primate infants of our cousins cling to their mother's fur soon after birth, giving their mother the advantage of having her hands free to forage for food and such. If human babies are falling backward with their head their innate reflex will be to stretch out the arms to grab and cling to their mother.
Nah, can't be evolution. Satan must have bewitched those babies. - alex7575, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Is that why I'm being dug down so mercilessly? You people have dirty dirty minds.
I was thinking about the belly button... - mt066, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4Wow I didn't know babies did that! I'd still rather have a wiimote....but cool....
- nimbuscott, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Dingoes ate my iPhone!
- tech42er, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2At first, I thought it was actually useful to modern humans, but watching the video, it seemed useless. The baby was falling over anyway. Thanks for the background.
- wiifm69, on 10/10/2007, -3/+5This would surely make Wii baseball a whole ***** load more exciting
- Ramble, on 10/10/2007, -2/+4No it isn't. I don't think you know how an accelerometer works, the wiimote detects tilt via the sensor bar, not the accelerometers.
- protogenxl, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1In the Guitar Hero Wii-tar the Wii-mote accelerometers are used for tilt sensing.
- zeyad, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1cute baby
- tech42er, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Um...neither does the Wiimote.
- tech42er, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Why don't you have a seat over here...
- mastertop, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2that's not exactly the Digg way for doing a funny comment
- tech42er, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Double negatives strike again!
- stealthc, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2>"To their credit neither the iPhone nor the Wii poops itself."
Clearly you have not read some of the reviews for the iPhone.
